TOPIC: How much retraction matters - Ellanse

I have a question to those that have experience with fillers and are more growers then showers. How shrinkage could influence initial filler placement (like Ellanse). Wouldn't retraction by 2-3 inches within the first 24h or days after procedure displace the filler in the direction of head? My stats are: EL: 6.3 while FL: 2 to 3. When I take Cialis I have FL:4, but not full 6 while Erect. Therefore, I wonder if the retraction by few inches could cause unwanted result.

This is largely why post-op protocol is critical to your success. The wrapping helps keep the product somewhat in place, but between massage sessions, you'll need to be sure the product is massaged to ensure both symmetry and avoid Nodule formation. This helps offset any significant retraction (I myself retract a lot and it didn't appear to have a major impact; that said, all results aren't the same and it's best to stick to the post-op instructions by your Doctor).

Thank you for your reply. I'll follow the post-op instructions. Besides I'll receive botox at the day of the procedure. Also, I'll start taking 5 mg of tadalafil a week before procedure.
