Anyone had any experience with him or the collagen permanent filler? His consultation was great and he himself has done the procedure 2 times and been really happy. So it sounds like a great thing but wanted opinions from the community!

Looked at his website. He uses the Loria method with Silikon oil, which is a big thumbs down. Very bad news.

Yeah they look great until it guess wrong, silicone migrates, or you have to have your Dick degloved, all of it scd out and then it stitched back together.

Just look up free floating liquid silicone injections and prepare to toss your cookies.

There is only one safe filler that is permanent and it's PMMA. In the US the brand is Bellafill.

Ask him directly what the exact brand, name and type the filler is. Ask if it is PMMA or silicone.

If he dances around the brand and won't tell you the type or says it's proprietary or something, do not take the chance. There's tons of transparent providers out there and it is not worth the gamble.

S.O. please keep this unlocked if he's willing to confirm with the doc exactly what it is. Let's push this doc to be transparent. Some guy's Dick is at stake.

There are great FDA approved fillers available to use (in an off label manner, meaning they are FDA approved for use in another location ie cheeks smile lines) Using an FDA approved filler means it has gone through extensive safety testing. Another option would be something produced a licensed compounding pharmacy. I am not aware of anyone doing this but it could be possible. Make sure that who ever you choose is using one of these two sources. There are some docs that use different fillers than me as they all have their pros and cons but at the very least it should be FDA approved or from a licensed pharmacy.

If they can't be bothered to tell you the filler and go on about "collagen and permanency" I'd see it as a red flag. It isn't all that difficult to simply say Bellafill.

He probably isn't saying it because he could very well be another Doctor duped by Loria to acquire his "proprietary filler," blinded by dollar signs. Of course I am not entirely sure if Loria is involved but he (Dr. Arijai) is calling it the Platinum Procedure, which is what Loria did (or still does) call it. And the proprietary patent lingo there as well.

The deception of silicone oil is that it can look really nice aesthetically post-op, hence why I consider the filler so "diabolical" (and I don't use that term much at all). I'm curious what the FDA or Board of Medicine will have to say about injecting unregulated fillers acquired from who knows where made in who knows what setting.

Alarming trend, but it happened with Elist too... leasing out his "patent" so he doesn't have to rely on surgery alone to make money. This industry has historically known to be full of dicks (but not all, of course).

Ironically (and to be frank), I'm not entirely opposed to the micro-droplet technique, since that is what the filler was intended to do (as said so by the manufacturer). In theory, it would make a great "small area" spot correct for minor indents and minor asymmetries by adding tiny bits superficially.

However, this micro-droplet technique will not give you any substantive Girth, and the cost wouldn't be worth your time unless all you were seeking was aesthetic correction. And even in light of this, Hyaluronic Acid (HA) still proves to be better in this regard. So suffice it to say, silicone still sucks in the penis.
