TOPIC: Finally got the Alloderm Graft + PMMA + Lig cut with Dr. Liu

Yea I got all of it back. That definitely scared me, but seems it was all normal and just the trauma to the penis from the Alloderm grafting and ligament cut surgery with Dr. Liu. Took a bit, but I continued to hang following the procedure for a long time. Eventually I realized my erect length was back to normal.
EL: 6.8"
BPEL: 7"

My length is still 6.8", but my girth has increased by 2" from 5.5" to 7.5"
Currently I love how it looks, it's very large and still pretty proportional. I really believe the lig cut helped with that, as I barely retract at all so my flaccid hang is large enough to accommodate the amount of filler I have without any "pig in a blanket" look.

That said, me going another ~0.5" to 8" EG would prob start to give it that look...I'm riding the line currently.
But does that even matter? My length isn't changing, so if it looks a bit stalkier is that really an issue? It's the pleasure I give to my wife, so just comes down to personal choice I suppose. I haven't made up my mind yet though

Yea my stats are very close to 6x5to6x7's, especially if I do go for one more round.
You're right I believe the pricing would be pretty similar...which makes the decision harder lol

Couple things to clarify from your response..

I've only had 34ccs of Bellafil
- 14ccs PMMA
(3 month gap)
- 20ccs PMMA
(3 month gap)

Then 37ccs of Dr. Liu's proprietary filler that swapped the carrier
- 20 ccsPMMA
(3 month gap)
- 17ccs PMMA
(3 month gap)

Then finally the 22ccs of Linnea Safe from Avanti Derma just this past January 13th
- 22ccs PMMA (15ccs at 30% and 7ccs at 10%)

So TOTAL is 93ccs of PMMA filler, but a few different kinds
Current EG is now 7.5" (started at 5.5")


I'm absolutely loving it.
The size and pleasure return with the wife is fantastic.
I would like to get the nodules evened out, fill in the right side a little more since the leaking incident on the last injection left it a little flatter than the left side.
As I mentioned to @lurkin my EL is 6.8" and me BPEL is 7"

With all that said, do you think I should stop now? Potentially go get a more conservative touch up to fill in that spot
Or do you think another 15-20ccs to do that PLUS gain a little more girth is OK too? That would put me just over 100ccs though, 103-113ccs after another potential procedure

I would absolutely retire from any further medical procedures given your stats, you are so among a fraction of a fraction of a percent of the population that any further gains provide you (1) diminishing returns with respect to naturalness and practicality; and (2) re-introducing yourself to known risks (albeit low) is no longer worth the risk threshold of any reasonable person given your current (roughly) 7x7 status (and I say that respectfully).

The cost-benefit ratio isn't there, take what many would pay 10x over to have in terms of dimensions and ride off into the sunset.

Haha I thought you might say that. I know you're right. I keep thinking about an aesthetic touch up to help even out that right side of the shaft and smooth out some bumps... But you're right about the size, I think I need to call it. Love what I have now, and need to not get caught up in "more and more"

If I do eventually go in for that touch-up, I hope it isn't a bad thing :/

Well this is from a personal point of view -- I had Metacrill and Linnea Safe many years ago, and in addition to the abundance of Avanti Derma progress reports on the forums, it's clear that you can acquire significant Girth without ever having to exceed 100cc's in total, and that may be in part due to the fact that a 30% concentration is available, which will yield more collagen (albeit tougher/thicker).

I also don't feel like we've seen enough sample size with Bellafill (when compared to over a decade of Linnea Safe reporting) to know how much impact the longer degradation process of their bovine carrier necessitates more (or less) volume. It may have no impact at all, but I have noticed some Bellafill providers inject well above-average volumes per-appointment (based on prior averages), which makes me wonder if they take into account the carrier (or whether or not the 20% concentration plays a role as well).

Also, to reiterate my recommendation from before, let me add:
(1) you are lucky to have both a supportive and satisfied partner;
(2) in relation to bullet-point 1, minor aesthetic issues are meaningless if you are having a great, healthy sex life;
(3) and while very very rare, every new appointment presents itself with a host of potential problems (whether it be complication or new nodules, and so on). We had one guy with two great rounds of PMMA, went in for a 3rd and has been treating an anomalous severe infection that has left him with a variety of ongoing treatments. Not bashing his decision to go for a 3rd round, the moral of the story is (in your instance), that once you've hit the proverbial jackpot at the cardhouse, know when to go home!

Just wanted to post an update. I ended up pulling the trigger..
1000% appreciate your advice and all the amazing insight you and the community has here. After a lot of thought, I went for one last round to help even out the base, as my cock had a little bit of a baseball bat look to it with all the filler being up at the middle and top of the shaft.

I went ack to AD and had 18 syringes, all 30% PMMA, injected.
They expect me to get close to another 1/2", which would put me right at ~8" (joining @6x5to6x7 ). I am now 100% DONE. The base looks sooo much better now. It's much more uniform throughout and looks more natural; just a very very thick cock. They put 7 syringes into the base, and the remaining 12 throughout the mid and top of the shaft.

So far healing has been going perfectly. I actually found a product that seems to have greatly helped in healing time and minimizing any irritation and infection. At CVS you can find "Sterile Antibacterial Gauze Pads". They're thin, and I wrap one around my cock first, then apply the normal gauze and then the wrap. This adds an additional layer of antibacterial defense directly to the skin.

The 18ccs takes my previous amount of 93ccs up to 111ccs. From reading numerous reports about people usually topping out around 90-100ccs in their PMMA journey.. I am completely satisfied now and finished. Anything else from this point forward will be miniscule aesthetic tweaks.

My next mission is penile health. I will be looking into Shockwave therapy to help with scar tissue and vascular health, to promote growth and make sure the unit is the best it can be. On that note, I actually ran into Dr. Luis Casavantes before I left the clinic. He informed me that they will soon be offering a Shockwave therapy that will include stem-cells to help with healing and growth. Sounds like a great thing to use as an initial procedure and then continue shockwave therapy at a local place within ones area.


PS. I will take a pic or two once the bruising is gone and the swelling has resided and post for info for users. Will also update stats as well.

Im curious to see how the underside looks, I was really satisfied with my trip to Avanti, but I think I'm going to continue doing extending for a few more months before I go back.

I am curious to see how the underside looks like an Erect side profile. Even though Avanti doesn't inject on the bottom mine still seems pretty uniform. But I've seen others where it does look like there's too much filler on the top as opposed to the bottom of the shaft.

I don't think I would go that big simply because I already get pretty toothy BJs now and I'm at 6.3 so I can only imagine being 8 Inch Girth.

Also another user- uncuthero also recently stated being 8+ might be too big, and said 6-6.5 might be the sweet spot.

I also had Avanti do injections at the base on my second treatment but after extending for some time I can someone feel a gap between where the filler starts and the base of the shaft. Its not noticeable to the eye only by touch I guess.

I'll send pics within the next day or two, most of the bruising has gone away. Just want to give it another 48hrs and then it'll be easier to gauge

Yea Avanti has been excellent, as was Dr. Liu in the beginning stages of my journey.

So far it looks mostly uniform. The base is now a bit thicker which has helped even everything out. The dip near the base has been fille din and the side profile looks much better now. Yea it's all about your partners and what you're comfortable with. My wife loves it and can handle it, though it is large for he.. but she enjoys it.
I would never go 8+, that's HUGE. I mean I already am huge, but I think this will level off around 7.75-8
Really, it's all up to hat you want and how your love life is.

Currently, I'm just using red light therapy at home everyday to stimulate collagen creation. Keeping it stretched out as long as possible, pretty much the entire day. I wrap at night now only to keep it elongated.
