TOPIC: Girth vs Aesthetic PMMA at Avanti Derma?

Hi,

I'm thinking about going to AD to get PMMA injections in a couple of months, and I've read across many posts that Dr Morales usually asks her patients if they prefer to have more volume or a more natural appearance. How does this translate into the actual injections or procedure? Does she inject less CC's if we want a more natural look? Or goes with 10% PMMA instead of 30%?

Let's say I want to gain between 0.5 and 1 Inch EG, but still maintain a natural appearance. Would I need to have multiple sessions with less CC's each time?

I was surprised she never asked me because I was anticipating that question. Maybe she just looked at my aspirations when I filled in the form and stuck to it.

I had talk with Doc at first Round with them in extra room.
But then no specific talk in round 2, i mean it already started in operating room. Which i found a bit irritating, because a round is not a tiny deal for me, i'd like a few minutes of talking beforehand.. we then did the talking in the room

For me in first round there should be the least to talk, cause everybody seems to want a full round anyway (one example in other thread where this was not the case), now in subsequent rounds it seems more important to think about goals (going for modest filling up holes or going full round again cause you want to do another 2 rounds anyway or something)

Thanks for your input guys. So it looks like they assume we go in for a "full round" when we get there for the first time.

I would assume that the first round would always be a full round unless somebody is already quite large naturally and just wanted some filler. I wonder what the difference would be for aesthetic versus Girth, since with so.e good massage and shaping you could most likely make the Girth option look the way you want it to
