Many men’s clinics on TikTok are claiming permanent enhancement using collagen stimulating fillers. There’s also a few men’s clinics here in Denver that claim the same.
Is this true? Or is their definition of “permanent” flawed?

This is often the language I see associated with silicone injectors -- stay FAR AWAY!

Silicone oil is permanent and can even yield aesthetic results, but this is all very deceptive because silicone is also prone to migration and has a higher severity of complication if & when things go wrong. I've actively turned down prospective Sponsors who primarily inject silicone due to ethical concerns.

Of course you can always call and ask, but if they are dodgy with responses, simply hang up and move on. With so many viable options available for injectable phalloplasty (Hyaluronic Acid, PMMA, Ellanse, Radiesse, Renuva, and Fat Transfer), why even risk it?

Stay safe out there, start with PhalloBoards/Community-vetted Practitioners and peruse the Physician Directory, and don't settle for questionable practices with your one & only manhood!

I would assume with all the lawyers in the US that questionable practices wouldn’t last long.

There are in-fact permanent dermal fillers out there, namely silicone oil and PMMA. The former (silicone) I highly recommend against, whereas the latter (PMMA) has shown a strong efficacy through a decade+ of patient reporting on these forums.

Many Doctors only perform Temporary Fillers like Hyaluronic Acid (HA) because of their strong safety profile and reversibility (to some extent); they may not have been provided enough context when you asked them, or they simply are not aware of all the viable options available today.

Also, some Doctors simply don't like the idea of permanency and I understand why -- if something goes wrong with permanent fillers (even if the serious complication rate is low with fillers like PMMA), permanent fillers are harder to manage or reverse. That said, many are happy with their results having used permanent fillers like PMMA, you just have to weigh your own risk threshold. If you are adamant of permanency go PMMA -or- the surgical graft route (i.e. Alloderm, Surgimend).

I had collagen stimulating filler done a couple of years ago from a clinic based in Denver that has a Chicago location (if you DM me, I'll tell you who it was). The reason I went with it was because it sounded like the only filler that was promising permanent gains in the glans. I had the glans done first, with the intent to come back for a second session to do the shaft. After doing the glans, I opted not to move forward with the shaft as I wasn't happy with the results.

1. Most of the size was lost within the first month. I suppose some of this could be attributed to swelling that went down. Also, I'm told that the glans is difficult to enlarge with anything, so that might not reflect how the product would work in the shaft. Additionally, I was told that the product itself is not intended to stay in the body long-term, rather, it stimulates collagen growth while it's there, then gets flushed away.
2. After the first month, what was left was lines on the glans where the surface was hardened and thickened by the product. I really don't like this texture and this was the main reason I decided not to move forward with the shaft. The thickened glans surface looks unnatural, and because it lacks it's original elasticity, I think the glans is somewhat smaller when Flaccid. However, the thickening does slowly seem to be going away. After 2 years, I'd say I still have at least 50% of the original thickening though.

So, the bottom line is that the stuff does have a long-life, although maybe isn't permanent. I would say that the texture of it is really not desirable though, so I'd recommend against it.

Medical Man Cave is the big one here in Denver. They claim permanent, but it seams 50/50 as for physician’s opinions as to whether it’s really permanent.
They claim 3/4-1” permanent Girth gain.
It’s hard for me to believe that they haven’t gotten it perfected considering how long women have been getting cosmetic injections to their lips, butts and labia.
Medical Man Cave recommend 2 procedures. They said the second procedure would even things out. They didn’t say what kind of filler they were using, just that it stimulated collagen production.

Medical Man Cave is a Silikon oil injector, same as Loria. They don’t readily disclose it, I inquired and after some back and worth that’s what they said they use.

A lot of them claim to be “Loria Trained”.

My wife had breasts and butt done here in Colorado and it turned out great. A friend of hers got the same thing done in Mexico for less than half the cost and it turned out awesome.
Seems tougher to get real answers for men’s procedures, and a lot more expensive!

Being "Loria trained" is akin to being taught how to fix European Sports Cars by a High School Freshman. Stay away from that silicone nonsense if you genuinely care for the welfare of your penis, not just its size.

What are the main complications guys are having from the places using the silicone like on TikTok or clinics like Medical Man Cave?

For me, the main issue has been lack of decent size gains and an undesirable texture. With silicone oil in general, I think the main issue is that if something goes wrong or you have a bad reaction to it, it's very difficult to remove. I brought this up with Medical Man Cave when I had my glans done, and they said that only a small percentage of the product is silicone oil. Their product isn't intended to add bulk via silicone oil, rather it's intended to stimulate collagen growth. So that alone made me comfortable moving forward with their product at the time.

In hindsight, I think another concern I should've had was the safety of this process. They told me that if I had the shaft done, they require a mandatory next-day appointment to assess the recovery. When I asked why they told me that they need to see how much swelling is occurring, as they sometimes need to remove some product; otherwise "very serious complications" can occur, although they wouldn't elaborate. I know that one thing that can occur with too much filler being used at once is that the filler can put too much pressure on blood vessels, cutting off blood flow and causing Necrosis (tissue death); and there are documented cases of this happening with facial fillers. Definitely not something that I'd want to happen in my penis.

Medical Man Cave put 10 ml of filler in my glans. I ended up getting my shaft done with Dr. Carney this past spring, and he said that he doesn't put that much in the entire shaft at once! He told me that fillers need to be built up slowly and many of his patients require 2 appointments to get the size they want. I ended up going with Dr. Carney's fat-transfer procedure though, as that was the most permanent option.

When it comes to permanent filler is important to ask for the brand name of the filler, its composition, and how it works. Here at AD, we've heard stories from patients that were sold on the idea of PMMA but in reality, all they got was silicon oil. While Tik Tok is a wonderful tool for publicity and marketing, it is not a reliable source of information, always contact professionals and ask as many questions as you need to know.
