I got 3 rounds of
PMMA with Dr. C about 10 years ago, and have had relations with numerous men and women over the past decade. I have had a total of 3 people comment on my
Dick. The first was a guy I had a one-time hookup with in Tel Aviv – he said he knew I had fillers because he knew what it felt like (to the touch). His comment was not based on how it looked, but the "squishy" texture someone else mentioned in this thread. He said a lot of guys in Tel Aviv were getting the procedure done, so he was already familiar.
The second was a girl I was dating for about a year, back in 2022. She asked me in the beginning of our relationship if I had gotten "fat grafts" but I just shrugged it off. Months later she jokingly asked me again, and when I said no, she said "then why is your
Dick all lumpy?" I sort of laughed it off, but I knew what she was referring to. Over time, The
PMMA begins to migrate and clump together into large masses, and creates asymmetry. That's why I had to go back to Dr. C at some point several years ago to receive a round of silicone microdroplets. The microdroplets add another layer of smooth squishy tissue on top of the
PMMA layer, and sort of soften up the entire look of your
Dick while adding a little more
Girth. It definitely looks smoother than it did before the silicone layer, but when you touch it you can feel the uneven lumpy texture underneath. It's gotten worse in the past 3 years. The
PMMA definitely moves, albeit very very slowly, and seems to gather up in large chunks over time.
The most recent was my current boyfriend, who has already made a few comments about it. I think guys can tell something is "unnatural" because they already have a penis of their own, and therefore they know exactly what it should feel like in your hand. Mine looks much better
Erect than it does
Flaccid, but there are still asymmetries even when it's
Erect, and you can definitely tell that there's something going on. From certain angles, it looks really bad. I'm currently researching options to get the large clumps fixed, starting with 3 sessions of shockwave treatment (same thing they use to break up scar tissue caused by Peyronie's disease).
Anyway! As someone else said, I'm sure that while only 3 people commented over the course of 10 years, many others have wondered silently... On the positive side, I've had tons of complements and many people have said that I have a nice one.
