If I thought I could be assured
Ellanse would last me 20 years then start to subside, it'd be a no-brainer, I'd go that route knowing that by then (I'm now early 40s) it's a high probability any woman I'm sleeping with is post-menopausal and less capable of handling a pork loin up the old ham wallet.
How many years of use would be the minimum before you'd start questioning the ROI? I think if I paid 10k and it only lasted 5 years I'd be disappointed. But I'm not you. For me, personally, I'm sitting on a once-in-a-lifetime little nest egg, I don't want to have to leave "touch up" portions of it tied up. I want to allocate and be done. Since there's no "starts to subside after 20 years" filler out there, for me, I'll be going the permanent route.
From what I'm reading the results are essentially the same, albeit with different volumes required to get the same result - collagen is collagen is collagen (in this context), be it
PCL derived or
PMMA - with only the duration being a variable. I'll take permanent, and in case whoever I wife up can't handle it post menopause, I'll put shoe horns on the bridal registry in advance.
That's my out-loud thinking at least.
