Just curious if the injections are done by a US Urologist, do they put it in your medical records. I really don’t want every medical person going forward to see that when reviewing my medical history.

There is no universal database. Your records stay with that Dr unless he transfers files to another one. Depending on the situation you may need to notify medical staff of it to prevent complications.

In addition, many of these procedures involve the use of prescription drugs--particularly pain relievers, which some states maintain separate databases of to prevent abuse. With the last procedure I had, the pharmacist informed me that my prescription needed to be flagged as suious because of the fact that it was an out-of-state doctor, and the overall types of drugs being prescribed. For pain, they prescribed me Tylenol 3, which is a controlled substance, but a very mild pain reliever. I found that simply taking 2 Advil was more effective for pain. I wonder if it'd be worthwhile to talk with a provider about using OTC pain meds instead of prescription ones for a procedure?

If one has friends or family members who work in the medical field, does anyone know if they can simply browse one's prescription drug history? A prescription for even something like an antibiotic by a Urologist could raise some weird questions...
