TOPIC: 10 weeks after Ellanse, volume gone

I had a touch up done 10 weeks ago with Ellanse, but now it seems that much of the volume I gained over the past ten weeks has disappeared. I know that the carrier gel in Ellanse is absorbed by the body over the initial 12 weeks, so the timing fits, but shouldn’t the Microparticles have begun stimulating collagen production by now already? Can I still expect the volume to return over the next month or so? What are your experiences? Have you all noticed a dive in volume at around the 10-12 week mark post procedure, followed by a return of volume? How long does it take for the collagen to fill?

What clinic? How many ccs? You said the volume gained after ten weeks disappeared and we're a day or two past the ten weeks. So you're saying you lost all the volume in a day or two after you measured at the ten week mark?

How much did you gain after ten weeks and when exactly were you measuring? Also, how many rounds have you had and how many ccs before this touch up?

There shouldn't be that much of a decline. The gel absorbs slowly and whatever volume is lost is usually replaced by the collagen and usually guys don't notice a difference. The loss in volume from the gel absorbing shouldn't be more than .1-.2 ml.
