Hello almost 50 here. Have a pencil Dick…lol. Length is good.
Straight to the point. Is there a safe, effective ….and cost effective injection or procedure to add Girth?

Thank you very much ..truly appreciate it.

Well there’s a few options. Quick option would be using a Penis Pump (recommend the bathmate series). You can get fillers that have some retention but you will loose some of the filler by body metabolism. Lastly, which most of us on here will agree with, is to get permanent filler such as PMMA or others like it. You absolutely can gain Girth and a lot of it. I do recommend saving and going with a doctor who is talented. You only have one Dick so it’s worth the money.

I’m a Loria Medical patient and I know they have an office in NY.
Here’s the link. manhattanpenisenlargement.com/

Phallofill I think also has an office up there.

I recommend getting permanent filler. I hate the idea of getting results and having it lessen over the years. So I recommend going with a company who does permanent.

I’ll turn it over to the forum for other ny recommendations though.

Here’s a sponsored clinic by this forum. Link below. I have no spoken to anybody with this company but I do like how they offer different types of filler.

If you are in NYC, your research should include Dr Shafer in Manhattan. He is one of the sponsors in the Physician Directory on this site.

I do have a few questions about the procedure.

1. How long does the Girth last?
2. Is it just the shaft or the heads gains Girth too?
3. What the average increase in Girth size?

Thank you.

@girth

Hey man. Can’t speak for the other company recommended since I didn’t go there but I’m sure they are legit and do amazing work.

Different fillers Last different amount of times. The only long lasting or permanent filler is PMMA. Look for a company who uses that or something very similar if you’re looking for permanent enlargement.

I highly recommend doing both the glans and shaft. If you don’t you’ll look imbalanced and at a flaccid state you’ll end up looking like a weird turtleneck.

Gains depend on a few things. 1) how much filler is injected. 2) how elastic is your skin. Some guys testify that pumping improved the elasticity of your skin and then allows you to take more filler. Makes sense to me.

Hope this helps.

I would avoid Loria Medical, they use silicone oil in high volume - unsafe.

There are some other Clinics out and about but someone alluded to Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who operates out of Manhattan and does Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections, arguably the safest filler on the market.

PhalloFILL's office is in Dallas, however their other locations are essentially Clinics that have undergone PhalloFILL's Technique & Training (so more like affiliates than the same Clinic/Company).

No it is not. For some people, the fact that it isn't permanent is a plus, since if you don't like your results, they aren't forever, and if you do like your results, you can build on it incrementally. The disadvantage of course is budgeting money & logistics for top-offs every 1-2 years -- although in fairness, you aren't going to need to do full rounds every top-off, so you won't be injecting nearly as much each subsequent trip.

The other advantage of HA is that it's arguably the safest of all fillers relatively speaking. No procedure is without risk of complication, but all things considered, HA naturally occurs in the body and is formulated (and cross-linked) as a Dermal Filler for the purposes of increasing volume.

I consider it a good "starter filler" because it'll give you a good idea how well your penis takes filler product and how it looks aesthetically. And of course, if you end up liking the HA, you can continue with it.
