I had a couple procedures done over last two years and now I'm not happy with the out come any more. Its been almost a year since my last procedure and now things aren't right. I been looking around web sites, reading forms. But cant find the answer I need. I'm a patient of Dr. loria (I know wish I found this site before going there) but what's done is done and I hope there's something I can do now to fix it.

As of now I'm very unhappy with the look of it. At falicad state it looks horrible the skin goes over past my head and doesn't even look like a peins anymore when limp. Dont even want to pee in a public restroom with my huge Dick. At Erect stage it doesn't look to bad but the filler he put in isn't all getting completely hard/firm anymore. It's squishy like its filled with jelly. Talked with dr. loria and he says I have to much skin and that's why its not firm when Erect. He said he can fix it but I been having problems since the 2nd procedure. 3rd procedure was a touch up to fix problems from procedure 2. 3rd procedure worked out for about 5 months but kept on going down hill. Dont think I want to pay him again to fix it when it's been nothing but problems since the 2nd procedure and he didnt fix it round 3. I read so much about penis procedures/surgery in the last month but cant find info on what to do after a bad procedure. I don't know if I should find a plastic surgeon and who??? or get a different procedure PMMA or other filler to fix it and who is willing to fix his work??? I read a couple post of dr.loria patients who went to dr.C for a fix but they went after one procedure. I had 2 and a touch up for 3 now I have so much of that crap filler in me I don't know if it's fixable without it being cut out. I don't want to lose any Girth I have gained but I need to do something and what? This is bringing me down hard I need to find a solution but the right one this time. Any info or advice would be great. Thanks.

Well when I first got it I was under the impression it was collagen and naturally to the human body. Now the more I'm learning about this procedure, it's silikon1000. Not sure if it's just silikon 1000 or mixed with something else too...?

So it's not PMMA?

One of the many problems with liquid silicone in the penis is that while it can look good at first, it can migrate months or even years later. This can lead to an extreme pig in a blanket look where the glans gets covered up by an excess of silicone filled skin. You're right that going back to Loria for more silicone is a bad idea. Thankfully there are doctors with experience in this area. Mark Solomon is a surgeon who has dealt with the aftermath of silicone injections for many years. Gary Alter and Joel Gelman are other urologists with experience fixing other doctors' messes. You can read more about Solomon here: phalloboards.info/forum/dr-solomon-ask-m...nis-enlargement.html

Thanks Otis, so far I been in contact with Mark Solomon office today. It sounds like its going to need to be removed. Most likely I'm going to set up a consultation with Soloman to see exactly what he says. Also going to call and talk with those other doctors tomorrow too. It just sucks that I'm doing my homework now after I been burnt. Lesson learned. I should of known Loria's website was to good to be true. Now it seems like I'm going to go back to the beginning start of my penis enlargement journey.

Glad to hear you're on the road to getting this resolved. Can I ask if it was the LPSG Loria thread where you learned about this? There was someone posting there recently with a story similar to yours. If it was and if you're willing, you'd be doing a service to post all of this over there. That one thread seems to be funneling a lot of guys to him and has done a lot of damage.

No I didn't here about the procedure from lpsg. I found loria medical by Google. But I learned about lpsg when I called loria medical and had a phone consultation with BBone. Who just happens to work for loria. But yes I'm over there as Dred123. At that point I was schedule for a procedure when I learned about lpsg. Two and half years ago when I started my journey I was planning on getting the penuma implant from dr. Elist. That idea didn't last long because of the bad reviews I found on him. I kept on searching other enlargements and found loria medical which I couldn't find anything bad on him at the time. I read horror stories about penuma, fat transfer and PMMA and other enlargements techniques but nothing on loria. So I decided to go with him. Its wasn't until about three weeks till procedure that I found some crap about loria which was on this site. I had everything already planned and still couldn't find any law suits on loria like I did on other doctors so I ended up going forward with it. (Which I have found out since then that Florida has laws protecting doctors in the state.) I had the procedure done and joined lpsg to share my story. Procedure 1 went prettywell and turned out great I was happy with the results and was the owner of a big penis. About 60days later I went back for another glans enlargement. That turned out great and now I had it all thick shaft and an large head. I was living it up and my confidence was sky high. So at that point I was schedule for another procedure in three months. I was very pleased and was planning on going from big Dick to monster Cock. Well procedure 2 started out as normal and I had a monster Cock now. But about two weeks after procedure things went south. I got an opened wound on the rim of my head and my penis was really swollen. I had 8 3/4 Girth limp. After two months of healing and no sex my penis was a monster disaster. It was really uneven bumps and dents, squishy when hard and three hard bulging spots with a scar on my head and when limp Foreskin covering my head. (And yes I have been cut) It just looked horrible! Talked with loria and he said he would fix it for free but I had to wait. So five months later I go back to get it fixed and everything seems to be a little bit better after the procedure. Its getting firm again and the unevenness is better and the scar is half gone. So at day 25 I start getting an opened wound on my shaft under side next to my Balls. They proscribe me some medication for it but it doesn't really help. Kept texting them what to do and then they give my the silence treatment couldn't get a response of what else to do. Finally on day 35 they responded back that it was day 35 and I can have sex again. Lol I still had an open wound at that time (no sex was happening I knew better) hell I had to take two weeks off work from day 25 and sit in my garage with my pants off to get air flow to it and hide from my kids. Everything was heal around day 45 from procedure3. It was pretty even and hard like it should be. Some of my scar was still there but some what better looking. Well day 45 I was back to having sex and feeling better about it i was 7 to 7 1/4 Girth depending on excitement but still had the forskin covering the head when limp. Around day 120 shit went south again. I woke up with an even bigger Dick. My Girth went to 8" and was really squishy when hard. I responded out to loria what I could do about it and no response from them. So here I am with a monster Cock that settled down to 7 1/2 hard but squishy as hell and horrible limp looking Dick. If I wasn't married my sex life would be over cause I wouldn't show this thing to anyone else. As of now I cant find anyone willing to fix it. Talked three Doctors and they just seem to want to cut it all out. I'm starting to feel as if loria might be the only one who is willing to work on it. Also this was really hard for me to post as I'm calling him out and might have to turn back to him for help. Even though they wouldn't help when I needed it. I really think maybe a Circumcision would help or maybe another filler on top of it. Hell I don't know still looking for an answer. I just cant get it all scd out I really don't think after having a 7 1/2 Girth and going back to 5 1/2 Girth Is going to give my wife any pleasure. I'm so fucking lost on what to do!

Ok. So I’m an RN, not saying that gives me any special authority on this but heard me out. The issues with infections or blisters are common. I have many friends who have had procedures from other companies who have had the same thing happen, especially when you’re putting that much filler in. The body will heal that and things will even out.
What seems to be your major concern is that you had MASSIVE amounts of gains in your shaft and your head is lacking - causing you to have a pig in the blanket type of look when flaccid. You can look at having the new formed tissue removed but I highly recommend not to because you’re doing to end up with more asymmetries and or scarring. What I would recommend is finding any company who offered permanent filler glands procedures and have them make you a deal for a few glands procedures. That way you will even out. This is a common issue with a lot of guys who have had a few procedures done just because the skin in the shaft vs the glands is FAR more elastic and able to hold filler. This causes an uneven growth.
I bet when your erect you look great.

Try not to feel like you have w botched dick, I promises you most guys on here want your measurements. Give your body time to heal from those infections. It will take a few months.

Do you know of any places that offer permanent filler for the glands besides loria medical. I believe loria is the only one to offer permanent glands filler. All other procedures I have found only offers temp H/A

Ok maybe some of the other guys can chime in but I know that avanti derma and surgical life enhancement (both in Tijuana) do glands with PMMA.
In the states I think rejuval does a glands with PMMA
I know doctor Kane in texas also does glands With permanent filler. Actually. Doctor Kane might be somebody to reach out to. He does the same exact procedure that Loria does. In fact they used to work together. But he has kept his business small so you get a lot more personal contract with him directly. Spoke to him over the phone not to long ago while getting some quotes for my third procedure.

There are many, many reports of guys on here getting PMMA/HA/Ellanse and infections and wounds that open up weeks after a procedure are *not* common. They do seem pretty common with guys who got silicone. Perhaps some of your "many friends" who got infections and open wounds can come here and tell us about their experience and what doctor they went to.

Avanti does not put PMMA in the glans, only HA. SLE claims to use PMMA but is actually using silicone. I'm not sure what Rejuvall is doing. But considering that OP had a wound open up and got an infection 25 days post treatment last time he got silicone in his glans, maybe more in there isn't the best idea.

Also, why is it that Loria patients always refer to it as a "glands?" It's "glans." Maybe if someone thinks you've got a gland at the end of your dick don't take medical advice from them (even if they tell strangers on the internet that they're an RN).

HAHAHAHA my bad bro. That’s a typo and a very unfortunate one haha.

I have a consult with rejuval coming up. I’ll let everybody know what they say.

Yo dawg. No disrespect and no hate. Just telling my experience. Everybody has a right to go through this journey with whatever they feel is right.
What we don’t need is sarcastic remarks and aim to tear people down. Your no more of an authority on the matter than any of us who have gone through procedures and shopped the markets.
This forum should be a place where all of are here to encourage one another in the one thing that brought us here - feeling more confident in ourselves. It’s ok to have different opinions but everybody has different results and different experiences. You can’t say one particular place is bad…. All the companies pin each other against themselves.
Maybe having a more open mind and talking to multiple patients from all the companies (not just the ones promoted here) and seeing how they have faired. I know I have, and the majority of patients I’ve spoken too who have had blisters, pustules, vesicles… etc are guys who have had a lot of filler put in, regardless of the type. However, I don’t come on here blasting those companies that I’ve heard bad experiences from because I realize that every patient is different and reacts differently.
You’re quick to throw Loria under the bus and it’s ok if you choose not to work with them. But the issues being discussed in this forum are no different that issues that have been reported from companies you support like avanti derma. Would it be fair for me to reply under those threads that that company is bad? No. Because they aren’t. I know they do good work. However, you will have bad experience with every company. There’s so many variables. If you were a medical professional, which I can’t imagine you are with your narrow approach to this, you would understand better.
The point here is to please be mindful of your opinions since they are not authority, even if you feel passionate about them.
Be kind.
