TOPIC: I'm uncut and I live in Europe. Avanti Derma or Androfill?

I live in Europe and I'm uncircumcised/uncut and I want to get HA/PMMA/Ellanse but I don't know if I should go to Androfill/UK/London or to Avanti Derma/Mexico

on one hand, I think that dr Morales maybe has more experience and or better mentor than dr Horn, and since this is just an important thing maybe I should do it there

on the other hand, it would be cheaper (flights at least but I also think the procedure?) (cuz flights would be like 500 euros at least I think if not more to Mexico) and I could fly to and back from London for 50 I guess and if something is wrong and I need to go back then I also could go back easier, faster, cheaper

but since I'm uncut I'm thinking that Ellanse/dr Horn maybe has more practice dealing with uncut men cuz I think the majority of men in Europe is uncut as opposed to North America

maybe you are from Europe and you did decide between these two options or are deciding right now?

also one more thing. I'm thinking about doing manual PE and I wonder should I first try that (although I want to live my best life now/ASAP) or if I can do it after fillers? maybe after fillers are even better because it would swell more from pumping/Clamping/extending/Hanging?

right now my doctor prescribed me 5mg daily Cialis/tadalafil and 6 shockwave procedures for ed/eq problems so I'm thinking maybe I should first solve this and then do fillers? (last few times I had sex and everything went fine so maybe Cialis and shockwaves are working and I can do the procedure)?

Hands down Androfill. And that isn't a decision on who is better (they are both world-class clinics, and heck, I went to Avanti Derma years ago for myself), it's a decision based on your circumstances.

Firstly, Dr. Horn not only is an experienced practitioner working at a Clinic that does a lot of volume in Europe, but is considerably more acquainted with uncut men.

Secondly, costs matter because you'll inevitably have follow-up appointments which will also mean follow-up travel & lodging.

Lastly, Dr. Horn & Androfill offer virtually everything Avanti Derma does, minus PMMA. So the only reason why I'd consider Avanti Derma here is if you were hellbent on PMMA. Otherwise, logistically and for practicality's-sake, Androfill makes more sense.

Im thinking about getting cut but I don't want to.

From progress reports to me it seems that although in theory ellanse should be long lasting but not permanent but in practice ellanse is very long lasting or even permanent?

I also was thinking I don’t know if the androfill offers different type of ellanse but maybe if i want to maximize gamins trying to have s/shorter lasting ellanse and since its creating collagen, right even after losing all ellanse there should be some gain right?

So in theory the more ellanse rounds you would get in your lifetime the bigger your penis would naturally grow?

I think that 4mL procedure may be a good starting point. And with that much volume, I don't think it'll pose an issue with Ellanse down the road.

I won't provide any advice on the cut-vs-uncut matter other than the fact that some of the most high-volume Doctors I know of PREFER circumcised patients if they had a choice. I know that's not what you want to hear, and I'm not saying a successful procedure is impossible while being uncut, but it's important I remind you and all readers of this reality.

This is why I think low volumes of reversible/temporary filler as a test run like Androfill offers is actually a great idea for uncut men.

what do you all think about low ml of Ellanse?

on the other Ellanse is a higher risk but with low ml (5/4 maybe?) maybe it's not that much risk?

the main reason I'm leaning more towards Ellanse is because it is hard/harder/as hard as a penis as I understand

I'm thinking that with HA even when my Girth is bigger because it's soft/softer the feeling would be the same for the women or even worse

I take 5mg tadalafil daily (yesterday started to take 2,5mg tadalafil daily) but I wonder maybe i should get some viagra for moulding?

If you are going to start with small volumes, why not just stick with the HA? The Ellanse at 4mL isn't going to make a significant enough impact to your size, but if it ended up causing aesthetic issues, you're stuck with it for a while. Not trying to scare you, many men have had successful Ellanse results, but if you are going into a test-run, HA just makes more sense.
