HA filler never fully dissolved

Hello,

Around 4 years ago I had 12ml of HA fillers which was done by Gary Horn. I understand after around a year it is supposed to dissolve. However, some has most definitely remained and I have a notch/bump on the side of my shaft which I can only feel when I have an Erection. Is it possible to get the remaining filler dissolved by Hyaluronidase, or have I left it too long?

Was it just a specific Nodule that didn't dissolve or do you have an uneven appearance throughout?
