TOPIC: Immediate aftercare advice

Hi , ive booked in for a consultation then right after that im having HA filler at Androfill london on the 5th december , ive decided to go for a small amount of 6ml or maybe 8ml as this is kind of a tester before i go for Ellanse in 6 to 12 months time , as recommended by Androfill its best to test the waters to make sure your body doesnt react badly and to get used to moulding/shaping etc bfore going near Ellanse as its much riskier.
The thing thats bothering me is i will be getting the train down and then bk on a return shortly after the procedure which is going to take around 4 hours , how should i go about doing the necessery after care during this journey? And also ive only got 2 days of work after that then its back to driving trucks , i could do with some tips on how i should navigate this , i am sat down 90% of the time while at work so will this affect me badly? And also some tips on the train journey pls fellas, thanks.

UPDATE , hi guys sorry but i have cancelled this appointment for the 5th of december , ive managed to get time off work in january so im going to rescedual it for then , whats the point rushing everything and not having time for proper aftercare etc when i can wait till january and have the time to do it all right with no pressure from work and what not , it just makes sense. I will writr another post closer to january and let you lot know whats going on as i do want to document it.

Wise decision - you want to schedule a time where you have an adequate post-op recovery window. Especially immediately after the procedure where the most crucial part of your recovery takes place.

As for this topic, if you are sitting down often then what I'd recommend is to make frequent "bathroom breaks." Make more truck stops than you usually would so that you can massage & stretch your unit in the privacy of your truck or a restroom; I should say however, public restrooms aren't exactly the cleanest places and I'd be wary of working on my penis with open entry points in a questionable environment.

Thanks skeptical , i will have about 10 days off after getting the filler in january so plenty of immediate aftercare with no hassle..... like you say plenty of stops when i start driving should be good enough. Ive got a 10min phonecall booked with francis tommorow just to chat about things and when i get my dates for being off work i will be booking myself in for a in person consultation with dr Horn followed by the procedure.
Like i said in another post i am only having a small amount to test things bfore i go for Ellanse later on providing this goes well so im not expecting a big difference im more using it as a safety procaution so i know kind of what to expect when i go semi permenent, i will keep you's posted.
