It sounds very scary, but kudos for you for keeping calm. I know that I would be one of those people who panic. If I were you, I would contact the doctor as soon as possible.
After I had my procedure, which included dermal fat graft, I had three big incisions. Two of them had pus coming for 3 weeks. Fortunately I saw the surgeon two times a week for 4 weeks, otherwise I would surely have been so scared.
The pus was clear liquid, so it was not the bad kind that indicated an infection. On my last follow-up visit on the fourth week post-op the pus had stopped coming from the third incision site.
Now 4 months later the scars are almost not visible, but I still feel some discomfort when underwear is rubbing against the scars. One of the scars has a place where there is a tiny bulge. I am not sure if it is a keloid scar. It seems too small, and it might just be the way the wound has healed.
Ironically, the incision that took the longest to heal is the one least visible now. It is not even possible to tell that there was any incision there. It does not feel irritated either when it rubs against underwear.
Next month I will see the surgeon again. It is not related to the surgery, but I am traveling there anyhow, so I will visit him. He will take a look how things have healed. I will ask about preputioplasty because the
Foreskin is still tight, but I think it is way too mild that a procedure would be recommended.
