Summary procedures so far: (6 rounds
So I started with Length 6 inches = 15.5cm length (calcsd.info in top 30% longest dicks of western average) and this girth:

1. 3,9 inches = 10cm (lowest 10%) erect girth, (flaccid: 3,5 inches = 9cm, lowest 40%)

Experiences that I remember with different sizes:
1. 3,9 inches = 10cm (lowest 10%) erect girth, (flaccid: 3,5 inches = 9cm, lowest 40%):

I worried just a bit about having already 64ml in me.
And i don't think there is a medical problem - saw one cracy 'too much pmma' guy in a video, the dick looked kinda comical too me, the penis was soo much wider than the glans.. and i think with my penis aesthetically i want to add pmma in the 'holes' (see the pictures, i painted them).

Asked what Doc recommends, email said normal round (which is typically about 20ml i guess)
(there is also a smaller round is there)

My instructions/wishes is basically to 'fill' the holes as i painted them, so only filling there and not on the other parts.
Which is easier said than done i understand - there is probably a reason my body didn't 'accept' the pmma at those places so much in former rounds.
And i am optimistic.

edit: hm, i just saw there is a doc in London, androfill, but now i see it's not pmma. Going to Mexiko eastcoast from europe is a pain, but fuck it.

Hey Dream, I really appreciate your data. It's key for the future of PMMA for those of us who are uncircumcised.

I am definitely set on doing PMMA at Avanti in the next 2 years. I am a pumper, been doing PE for close to a decade. My stats are 7.25 x 5.5, my goal is 8x7.

A video would help on seeing before and after. My biggest concern is how did you avoid the accordion effect. I read that those who are uncut run the risk of the accordion effect and Phimosis, anything in particular to avoid these things ?

The main point is - that uncircumcised get less cc‘s per session. Around 10 ml instead of 20 ml. But for sure in multiple session (like @Dream ) you can achive also a huge volume. Casavantes calls this „conservative treatment“

First of all, thanks for sharing all of this. It benefits everyone here when members approach their decisions with a little scientific rigor

Secondly, it's my impression that you have a long way that you could go if you wanted, both from an aesthetic and pure size standpoints. It seems as if you could add at least another full round before it even comes close to looking disproportionate. My advice is to get to the size that you want to be before working on improving aesthetics with additional touchups. To me, it makes little sense to focus on filling in the voids and balancing out the implant before you've reached your desired girth, as the next round is just going to blow all that aesthetic work away. So if you want to be bigger, I'd just get another full round over the entire shaft without worrying about what areas are being injected ... and once you get to where you want to be get it evened out.

As far as pure size is concerned, from my experience, it's not until you get into the 6.5" range that you start risking being too big. However, this isn't usually that much of a problem. I'm over 7" and have only had a few women where it was too thick. One started crying and another made me stop. Some complained about being sore afterwards and had no intention of meeting again ... but, overall, the experience has been positive. However, anal really starts becoming out of the question for most women once you get into this size range. Most women are like no fucking way ... although some have taken it as a challenge. My wife can't take me in the ass anymore ... which she gets upset about sometimes. So there are some things to eventually consider, but you have a ways to go before you're really going to be faced with these decisions.

This isn't to say that some women won't prefer thicker. Statistically, this is probably normally distributed.

At the margins, some will prefer even larger, so in a long-term monogamous relationship, there is no reason not to go bigger for a specific woman.
But if playing the field you will start to encounter women who will not enjoy 6.0+.

It is common for me to hear that it is easier for the female partner to climax from vaginal intercourse after thickening the penis, and the climax is more intense.

Unless the penis is long it starts to look unrealistic above 6.0 inches.

I'd completely agree. In the real world, not a porn or internet induced fantasy, 6.0-6.5 inches in circumference is very large. It'll generate comments and some will find it mildly uncomfortable after in the odd instance. I'd say for most people playing the field it's a realistic big size.
