I noticed that some clinics have started to offer so-called p-shots, which is platelet-rich plasma (PRP), what is the opinion on this? And then there are t-shots, and it is claimed that even if a blood test shows that there is no shortage of testesterone, usually the blood tests are so narrow that they will not show a deficiency of testesterone even if a man could benefit from a t-shot. It sounds however rather dubious to me.

I can't speak for T-Shots, but P-Shots are regularly offered in some Male Enhancement clinics worldwide. I don't believe there is any merit to them enhancing or creating any new Girth, but it is plausible they may be useful in post-op recovery (which PRP is known to do in other applications), which in turn can potentially yield better results. That said, many men have had Girth procedures performed successfully without the P-Shot, so it's not like a necessity. It's more like a "it-can't-hurt" kind of supplementary treatment.
