I’m close to pulling the trigger and getting 8 or 10 ml (to start) of HA filler but I’m wondering if it stays in place or if you can kind of “feel it?” Does it feel like it’s an integrated part of your shaft or does it feel sort of disconnected or suspended?

The filler will eventually integrate with the surrounding tissue overtime, and thus will provide the connectivity you seek. The first few days post-op recovery, you may find the product malleable and mobile, but this is to be expected and is relatively true for most fillers injected into the penile dermis.

The advantages of HA are its strong safety profile, making any future girth or revision very manageable. I hope those who've spent a lot of time with their HA chime in, we got hundreds of lurkers on at a time but few ever register to post. Remember guys, it's an anonymous forum for like-minded men :)

Would love to hear from these people. I know that a lot of men get the procedure.

I’ve seen studies that report long term satisfaction with the results, but these were always ratings from the person who got the procedure, and not necessarily from people who are experiencing the results as a third party. As someone who’s actually been on the receiving end of girthy men I’m just worried that it doesn’t feel natural.

Generally speaking, if you don't go overboard, it's going to mimic your shaft, albeit not 100%. This is true for all fillers. With 8 to 10mL you are going to be fine and I suspect you'll retain much of the naturalness in the long run. It'll be a modest gain, don't go into it looking for a monster adult film Cock, it's both unrealistic AND asking for unintended aesthetics.

Let's not forget however, no matter what, we're artificially enhancing our unit, so there will always be a degree of naturalness sacrificed. Fortunately, we don't have to show our penises every day, so they're much harder detecting than something like breast or lips, which are often enhanced in order to display publicly. Couple that with the sheer variation in penis shape, contour, and size, and I feel like you have even less to worry about.

Fortunately, all the experiences and anecdotes I've come across say that partners don't notice, and often times are too occupied enjoying the new Girth rather than scrutinizing it. Besides, HA at least provides you a ripcord in the event you aren't satisfied long-term, the same isn't as true for permanent fillers.

Definitely all reassuring. The 8-10 is just to start, though. I’m aiming for at least half an Inch overall, and since I’m sitting at 7” long and 5” around, I’ll probably have to get more than 10 ml. I’m hoping that my base Girth of 5.5 helps me reduce the overall amount I need. Androfill has charts that estimate I’d need like **20 ml** which seems like a ton.

That's because you have a long shaft -- it can accommodate more product than a shorter unit without sacrificing aesthetics. You can probably take 20mL in one setting, but if you can space them out, it would be much preferred, especially if naturalness is a priority.

There was a large research study from China on HA filler, published in English this year, and the rate of satisfaction and safety profile was reported as very high. I imagine it is much better than fat injection.

I don't know what stance admin has about linking to research studies though? Even some board sponsors like Dr. Oates have done research studies. They are available on the clinic website.

I noticed that studies from around 2016 had a lot of focus on dermal fat graft/fat injection, then later AlloDerm, but now it seems HA is starting to be the preferred method.

Obviously, many people will prefer PMMA, as it is permanent. AlloDerm and dermal fat graft also has this advantage. The advantage of PMMA is that it is cheaper and easier as it is injectable.

I think there is need for something new though: something which offer the permanent results of PMMA, but the safety profile of HA, and easily able to be removed or dissolved if needed.
