TOPIC: Avanti Derma PMMA?

First time posting. I want permanent. Done lots of research. Was going HA route but decided I want permanent results. I’m torn between doctors and clinics. Avanti Derma seems to standout, though, I’m worried about them being in Tijuana. Thoughts?

Anyone hear of Prometheus by Dr Malik in Georgia? What do they use? PMMA?

Recommendations on clinics and doctors welcome.

Not a single person I know of has reported trouble getting PMMA in Tijuana as far as safety is concerned. If you follow the instructions on how to get there and back you'll be good. It's like any major city, be smart and be respectful, and you'll do fine.

Avanti Derma pioneered PMMA in the penis, they are absolutely worth consideration.

I just learned Malik uses a silicone product. So I won’t be going that direction.

Someone from the board DM’d me and said. I was looking at his videos on his website and was suspicious. Especially the 5XL guy. That said, I have not confirmed actually. Was just told by someone on this site.

Well, after years of casual research, and then tremendous research the past 6 months, I'm taking the plunge. Ultimately, it came down to Dr. Rupeka and Avanti Derma. I'm going for the Utmost procedure at Avanti Derma in December, just 6 weeks from today. I'm pretty damn excited.

I appreciate all the feedback, DMs, advise, sharing your experiences, etc. Thanks guys.

If there is anyone who thinks I am making the wrong decision to go with PMMA and/or the wrong decision on the doctor, please let me know. I'll continue to research until my procedure and will continue to research even after my procedure. One can never stop learning.

I just got back today from Avanti Derma, went from east coast to San Diego, everything was great so far and I am planning another visit 8 weeks from now, make sure you take there shuttle for $160 round trip, makes everything super easy, they are all a Pleasure to work with, Dr C. and Ian were Great, also make sure and stay at the Grand Hotel which is connected to Avanti Derma office.

Yes. Dr Morales performs the procedures. Has been with Dr C for 17 years.

That’s what I thought but wasn’t sure because ash said he just got back from Avanti and said Dr C was great to work with even though he’s not practicing anymore?
