As some of you might have read, I had
Ligamentolysis and dermal fat graft three and a half months ago, and because of
Phimosis I have not been able to use the penile traction device.
I started to get more and more worried that there might be retraction. The surgeon said that he either uses a silicone buffer or adipose tissue flap to prevent it. As I understand it, the silicone buffer is only used in case there is no fat to use for the tissue flap, which I believe would be pretty rare.
Anyway, my
Phimosis has gotten much better, and I think it might even resolve in 1-2 weeks, but as more time passes, I get increasingly worried about not using a penile traction device to prevent retraction. Any thoughts on this, please?
PS. I did order a new penile traction device without a vacuum cup, and I hope even with some
Phimosis I will be able to use it. It will probably take some time to arrive though.
