TOPIC: Dealing with uneven filler

If you've had filler injected and it settles unevenly, and when you go back for a subsequent round of filler, have your doctors typically injected the filler into specific spots to even it out? or do they sort of break it up with a cannula where too much filler has gathered as they inject more filler throughout the penis, with the intention of evening it out that way?
(I got filler this summer, and it's pretty lumpy. Supposed to go back for round 2 later this year. Curious about how this has been dealt with for other people. Wondering how different doctors have handled it.)

Mine was not quite lumpy but def settled in just a few areas. On my second procedure the doctor added in filler in the area where there was less filler. I have a clump near the base of my shaft but it’s not visible as it’s all formed into the proper shape, but I can feel the filler clumped up in that spot.

I massaged the hell out of my filler and used “athletic under wrap tape” (Google it) to keep it in shape or keep excessive inflammation at bay for several months after. So even the area that has formed a clump is smooth and shaped properly. Without the additional round of filler, my resound would still be uneven.

Typically, the doc does targeted follow-up injections to even things out. I've never heard of using the cannula to "break things up". As stated by other posters, wrapping and massaging (to a limited degree) is important.

I am not so sure about that word "limited". Those who get fillers should be massaging ( aka - rolling/forming & maintenancing ) their penis FREQUENTLY and with heat as well.

i wont get into the how to's here as I have written about this before. But it is imperative to achieve a good result.

what should be limited is the compression - IE: wraps and tapes and anything that compress the shaft at all.

if it is bothering your enough then you will need to get another round of filler. How much is up to you: A full round or just touch up. In either case, follow a solid after care protocol.
