 Have a second appointment scheduled. Was wondering if I should pump before hand, if that makes the penis easier to work with and inject.

However I also question if that would shift the Bellafill/PMMA afterwards.

 I would say that Hanging lightly and stretching would make the most sense. get the "sumbitch" pulled out and stretched as much as possible before the injections, more surface area.
