I would just do the filler.
While I agree that the results are far from certain, I would disagree that the lig cut is for
Flaccid alone. Despite the uncertainty, the goal is as much
Erect length as
Flaccid, even if
Flaccid is the main beneficiary of the procedure. In other words, along with post-op stretching, it is conceivable to get
Erect length. And to be frank, a
Urologist with a Reconstructive Surgery background (i.e. Dr.
Carney) is probably one of your best bets in achieving
Erect alongside
Flaccid gains.
Ultimately gains will vary patient-to-patient due to any number of factors, so if you are going to get this done, be sure you have (1) an experienced and s
ed practitioner (in this case, you most certainly do), and (2) feel the desire for added length is worth the cost-benefit analysis in the long-run. I find that men of shorter length are more likely to accept the cost-benefit & risks than men of average or above-average length, but that's my personal take.
I think you'll be satisfied with
Girth (filler) alone since you have adequate length, but if you choose to opt for
Ligamentolysis (lengthening), please do share your progress (which will take weeks, if not months) post-op. Good luck whichever way!
