that's the same info I got, and I also agree.
If Dr. Malik is reading this, I implore him to reconsider performing this procedure. It's an unethical & risky thing to do to inject "proprietary" cocktails which contain silicone oil. Also, Dr. Loria is no expert or prestigious physician, so if he put you on it, you've been sold snake oil. He spent most his career as a Hair Restoration Specialist & Nutrition Expert, having no accreditation in surgery. If you wish to get into the field of male enhancement, I applaud that, but I seriously implore you to drop the Loria stuff and provide more efficacious fillers like Hyaluronic Acid (HA).
This forum is the only non-physician owned authority on the topic of cosmetic penis enlargement, and I've personally been following the scene for well over a decade. This sentiment isn't merely "an opinion," but an insightful and sincere warning.

If you are in Atlanta, why not just see Dr. Carney, they offer PMMA by request which is permanent. Dr. Carney is also a prestigious Reconstructive Urologist experienced in male phalloplasty among other things, he's about as qualified as it gets. There is also Dr. Rupeka in Ohio and Avanti Derma in Mexico that provide permanent filler options as well. Alternatively, Surgimend is a surgical graft matrix that is also permanent, offered by Dr. Solomon and Dr. Liu.
There is nothing wrong with temporary fillers, any they can even last up to years for some. If permanence is what you want, it is attainable, just don't go the wrong route.
