TOPIC: Need advice ellanse to pmma?

I've had 2 rounds of Ellanse. Spaced about a year apart. My last round of Ellanse was August of last year. I'm scheduling an appointment the end of this month for a third round. I'm going to make a single thread of my experiences from all 3 rounds with things I've learned. But something I'm contemplating for this 3rd is going with PMMA this time. Has anyone switched from Ellanse to PMMA? Would this increase the chances of irregularities? I'm happy with both rounds of Ellanse and the progress I've made and I've yet to notice any loss in gains so I don't mind going with it for the 3rd round. But if there's no significant increase in the chance of problems with going with PMMA for the 3rd round. Then I see no reason not to transition over to permanent filler.

If you are thinking of a permanent filler, maybe wait a bit and follow my topic on the silicone filler I am currently doing. I am currently on my 16th day since I got the filler. Everything looks great and feels great. I am already at my desire Girth of 7 inches and it is only going to get bigger. My Doc says it will take a couple of months to see the real results. I already gained 1/2 Inch and it's only been 16 days. Before I recommend this filler I want to finish my process and see the final results.

I am real curious if anyone has any information or experience with an Ellanse to PMMA transition. I look forward to any feedback.

I'm pretty sure Avanti hasn't done it with anyone yet so it's fair to say no one in the world has mixed PMMA and Ellanse in the penis. I can't find any sources referencing facial injections of PMMA where Ellanse is present or vice versa. Avanti doesn't really want to experiment with this seeing as I'm guessing there's basically been no research done. You would think though somewhere in the world someone tried Ellanse in the face and then Bellafill or vice versa.

You'll find plenty of examples where people mixed Bellafill and HA in the face. Same with Ellanse and HA and both appear to be safe.

I'd suggest just seeing how long your gains last and do a few more rounds before considering PMMA. I'm considering doing this as well at some point but I'm not going to hurry it. I'll gladly wait and let others do it before me. With only the two year version of Ellanse being available now, it does make you consider it more but even the 2 year version could last 4 years with the collagen lasting longer. A decade from now there could be many guys who have mixed the two and you'll be aware of any ill effect.

Or, a new, better type of filler could come out in which having PMMA could prevent you from getting it perhaps. Doctors may be willing to inject this filler in the future in to guys who let their Ellanse dissolve away or are in the process of it dissolving. You'd still be left with collagen for a certain amount of time that would theoretically sustain your gains. Or there could be a reaction that would prevent someone with PMMA or Ellanse from getting this new filler and guys with Ellanse would have to let it be completely gone. Problem, currently I'm not sure there's a good test to determine how many microspheres are left in you. Hopefully some scanning device will be developed that can easily detect microspheres. If a better type of filler does come it in the next decade, hopefully it's safe for guys with PMMA or Ellanse to use.

I would personally just stick with Ellanse. You could still have the bulk of your collagen a decade from now. I'd just get that. If you want a bit more size down the road you can just get more. Or if you want it a little more temporary apparently it's fine to layer HA on top. I wouldn't over think it and stick with building on your existing 'implant' with the same base product

So for anyone that was curious about this. I spoke to Ian at avanti about this. He suggested waiting for the Ellanse to mostly dissipate before getting PMMA. Getting PMMA to soon after Ellanse can increase chance of irregularities when the Ellanse starts to dissolve.

I decided too stick with Ellanse. As I've had no decrease in size or issues with it. I'll be going for my 3rd round on the 28th I'll create a thread for my trip.
