TOPIC: Bellafill after HA?

I had several rounds of HA last March 2021. The product hasn’t reabsorbed but seems to be a bit softer. Dr Morganstern suggested Bellafill for my next session. The HA is nowhere near absorbed and I’m curious if this is advisable. Others have said you can’t do pmma until HA is fully dissolved , but I’m wondering if that advice has changed . I trust dr Morganstern and dr Carney but curious to know what you all think. I know there was a time when we didn’t consider bellafill a good option for pmma but that seems to have changed as well. We’re all Guinea pigs when it comes to these filler

If Dr. Carney is comfortable with doing it, I'd say it should be okay. This would make for a good Q&A submission for the Medical Experts Opinion page --

(1) What fillers can be safely injected if someone has already had
(a) PMMA
(b) Ellanse
(c) HA
(d) Fat

(2) Does it matter how much of the original filler remains?
