There are a couple circulating through this section and on the older forums but quite frankly Before & After photos of lengthening are incredibly rare because results aren't apparent immediately post-op.

In other words, you may see some Flaccid gains if you stretch out the penis before & after, but Erect gains may take weeks or month to realize in conjunction with a stretching regimen. This is much harder/tedious to monitor overtime making progress reports less appealing to those who are already investing what little penis time they have to said-stretching.

This has been the trend for all iterations of the PhalloBoards stretching back to 2010, and even before on the (now defunct) MyNewSize forum that also discussed Phalloplasty. Lengthening is discussed, but hardly reported despite being performed many times a year. Just an unfortunate reality.

I'd actually recommend a Physician incentivize (price break) for a patient to keep a regular journal here. As long as that patient is permitted to give an honest account and not "shill," it would be very useful to the readership.
