TOPIC: Circ scar location and PMMA

Circ scar location and PMMA 2 years 8 months ago #1308706836

Hey guys, so I had no idea until recently that there were different “cuts” or styles when getting Circumcised. I was cut as a newborn, and I have what I learned is a “high” cut, meaning my scar is basically halfway up my shaft, giving it a two-toned look.

When speaking to Ian a few weeks ago during my consultation, he asked if I was Circumcised, which he was pleased to hear that I am, but he didn’t ask specifically if I had a high cut or low cut.

I’m going to ask Ian after the weekend, but does having a high cut like mine, mean that I can only have filler placed on the lower half of my shaft? If that is the case, I’m not sure I would be a good candidate...

I would very much like to know the answer to this . I know I’ve seen someone post on the ideal cut but can’t recall what it was.

Hey @Dickwhitman79 and @girthyplease , I too am looking forward to reading up on this response. I chatted with Ian about a month ago (I'm 99% sure I'm going with Avanti for PMMA in around fall) and I failed to mention to them that I had my circumcision about 2 years ago and got a high cut, giving me that two-toned look. I too read somewhere about the ideal cut to have, but I can't recall it, I think it's one or the other (high cut v. low cut?), and I had my circ with Dr. Camacho, who used to be with Surgery Life Enhancement and recommended this cut because of my goal.

Apparently it is easier with a low and tight circ for Avanti.

It's also stated on their own website: "Uncircumcised patients seeking more significant volume are encouraged to have a “low, tight” Circumcision three months before their penile enhancement procedure; “low” means that the Circumcision scar should be closer to the neck of the penis."

Thank you! That worries me, as I got my Circumcision a few years ago in preparation for PMMA.
I do plan to get PMMA around the fall but am now worried I might not be a good candidate.

Would it help if I post pictures of what my Circumcision looks like now? I guess it is "unsightly", but so long as I know that I can still get some PMMA filler in and that it eventually is smooth all around, I could care less about how it looks (two-toned with a noticeable ring).

Hopefully this could be a lessons learned experience and I'm crossing my fingers that I might still have a chance.

As I haven't done any procedure yet and am not circumcised, I can't give you the right answer but don't see why you couldn't.

I think you can post your pics here without hijacking the thread. I assume you would need to post hard pics to see if the skin is tight at the circ level.

You can also read jack's testimony who had a high circ and pretty tight in my opinion and had pretty great results I must say (at least the photos on 3 first pages).

Now I think a few people have managed to fill the gap little by little or I might have misunderstood as EN is not my main language, maybe Skeptical One can help you find them if you don't find anything through all the pmma experiences shared on the site.

From everything I have researched up until this point, a high cut (like mine) will not take large volumes of filler very well, the thin Foreskin area just won’t handle it, and you get a higher chance of nodules because of it, especially with 30%, which is why Avanti uses 10% in that area.

One round will usually have a good outcome, but once you get past 0.5”, that area becomes your limiting factor, and is a challenge to keep flat and smooth.

Here is what I’m working with. I can’t exactly recall the convo I had with Dr Camacho about my goals. I just know that I may have told him long term I wanted to be 7 inches and be filled with PMMA. I’m really hoping @avantiderma can help me!!

Have you checked out Jacks10 thread? He’s over 7” I believe after 3 rounds, and with a moderately high cut. That’s probably the best example I’ve seen of someone who went that big with a higher circ cut.

I have! And that gives me hope. I'm currently at about 5.2 inches Girth and I know it's from my years of Jelqing, edging, and pumping. But I want to be at least 6 inches Girth. I'm currently stretching using the male extender, which I have been consistently doing for the past 8 months. I'm hoping I'll gain a little length and that the PMMA will give me something closer to Jacks10.

I just checked out Jacks10 latest photo updates vs when he started. Not sure how but when he first started he definitely had a high and tight. Looking at the most recent touch up photos his scar looks to have become more of a low and tight. How does that even happen? Anyone know?

I also found a website of a circumcision clinic in London that has descriptions and illustrations of the different cuts. https://www.circumcisioninlondon.co.uk/circumcision-types

Dude, you know what, I thought the same thing. It’s like the more filler he put, the lower the scar moved. Not sure how.

Yeah, when I'm Flaccid, it's like a semi un-cut hang. the skin still folds over my shaft somewhat, think of a mini hot dogs in a blanket. When I'm Erect, it's not a problem. I too saw Jacks10 scar being further down but I just assumed that it could be from continued pumping/stretching - that's what happens to me while I hang during the week, the skin stretches. I would love it if either Jacks10 or Avanti could chime in on this. I basically have to wait until later in the year for my 1st procedure for tax purposes (that way I can space out my 2nd procedure in 2023).
