As another user pointed out here, pornstar Sam Shock got some work done. I think the video referenced above could use more filler in the Circumcision/neck area which is always hard to touch up.

I would also say Damion Dayski compared to another video when he first started. Troy Francisco as well*

It's usually that the glans can't really be enhanced so the glans looks very small compared to the rest of the shaft which might indicate that some work was done.

I think this video gives you a good sense of what it could look like for sure. It seems like the guy in Duo Leo’s video has the shelf issue, same as me (where the filler doesn’t stay in the area below the head and circ scar. Also, his filler looks a bit lumpy and it’s probably cuz he doesn’t achieve full Erection. I can tell you personally that mines is pretty smooth from one session and when fully Erect, you really can’t see a difference other than a very slight difference pronounced area in the shelf area.

For those of you still wanting to see a video of a dude with filler, look up Elle Matthews and her partner getting it on. I’ve seen enough pics on here to be able to recognize enhancements. There are some slight but noticeable lumps on the middle of his shaft and the guys circ scar area to the rest of his shaft is a dead giveaway. I should know, I got the same issue. I’m not sure what kind of filler he’s got but if I were to speculate I would say it’s HA. Either that or he just doesn’t achieve full Erection hard enough to show full firmness. It looks really girthy tho (he or Elle can’t wrap their whole hand around it entirely) but it’s just a glimpse of what some guys on here have been able to achieve.
