Question for doctors and patients: do you think that shockwave (ESWT) on the penis to improve Erection quality can be done having HA filler in the penis?
Is there any risk of uneven reabsorption or other issues (irregularities, bumps, depressions) that the shockwave therapy could cause to the filler layer?
Anybody had experience with the very promising theraphy after filler injection?

I'll be sending a new batch of Q&As for our Sponsors so I'll see if I can get some more input on this subject matter- that said, there is plenty of mentions of shockwave on both the 2.0 & 3.0 forums. Use the search function and type in "shockwave" to learn more.

Thank SO,
I had a look on the old forums as well, but I found only a neutral/positive opinion from Dr Oates.
Unfortunately there aren't many info about it, especially speaking about HA and not PMMA, which could react differently.
I'm afraid Ultrasound may accelerate HA absorption.

I had the Rejuval fat transfer and I have the same question about Shockwave with someone who has had fat transfer. I'm wondering if it would cause the fat to break down. I cannot seem to find an answer anywhere. I can't ask my Dr. because he passed away. Hoping someone can answer this.

It was Dr. Kudlitsch in Lawton Oklahoma. He died the day after my procedure so I've not had anyone to turn to.

I have my own shockwave machine and have used it about 10 times. It made me pretty sore using the erectile disfunction and Peyronie’s disease settings. I have mild curvature and wanted to correct it. I haven’t noticed much after those ten sessions.

Do you have any fillers or fat transfer? Did the shockwave sessions affect it at all? I have had a fat transfer about a year and a half ago and want to ensure it doesn't make the fat reabsorb.

I have a hefty amount of PMMA. I am 7.25 inches of Girth mid shaft. So far no effect.

Is this for the purposes of correcting irregularities or getting rid of a fat transplant altogether? As of now I haven't been updated on this matter, but if you can specify, I can reach out to Rejuvall.

I had 3 sessions Pmma - but cause of a former FFT - there is a small area of squishy fat - this I want to get rid of, yes.
