Hey Gentlemen,

So I have been researching for a while now, and plan on having the procedure done within next 6-7 months max.
I plan on going to permanent route in PMAA or (Bellafill) partially due to time and cost. So I was and am still really considering to have done by Dr. C at Avanti, and getting PMAA. Living in Ohio, it makes it difficult logistically getting time off work and traveling in general. I do understand he’s arguably the GOAT when it comes to Love Muscle Enlargement.

I wanted to get the Vets’ thoughts on this:
So living in northwest Ohio, I found a Doc about 1.5 hours away that performs the procedure. Dr Jason Rupeka, he owns Youtholgy Med Spa. He used either Bellafill, HA, or combined together or in conjunction with lipo.
He has great prices, he says he does more volume than anyone else in USA that he gets Bellafill at discounted rate, which how he can pass so much savings on. He has great reputation on everything else in the filler world, but doesn’t have before/after pics due to privacy and clients not allowing him. Which I understand. He no longer does consults due to time and how busy he is, I understand that, but still.
I like the fact when I go back for 2nd procedure he’s only 1.5 hours away, or if I have an issue and need to see him. It’s easier with work and not having to use vacation time. I’m a Sales Consultant so I keep a filled calendar 24/7! Lol
If I use him I plan on doing 100% Bellafill or Bellafill combined with little bit of HA.
Here is his pricing
Bellafill $800/ syringe
Bellafill 10 Pack $5k
HA Filler $700
HA Filler 5 Pack $3k
Combination priced by syringe

Stats: EL 6.25 BP 6.75
Girth: 5.0
Goal: Girth to be about 6-6.25 roughly

What do you guys think ?

Hi Hyzerbomb,
You’re right Avanti is most likely the best if PMMA is your choice.
I don’t know dr. Rupeka, bit browsing his website he seems to be a very respected professional, it would be interesting to ask him how many procedures he performed so far.
I understand that you would prefer to have a doctor near you, it is very sensible and probably a wise choice.
I never heard of mixing Bellafil with HA, and honestly it doesn’t make too much sense in my opinion.
As PMMA is not reversible, if you choose that path go 100% that way.
Regarding Girth, unless you have a stable partner who agrees with this, I wouldn’t go further than 6 inches.

Thanks for replying! I greatly appreciate your insight!

Yeah he has offered Bellafill and or HA combo since I was introduced to him. Interesting that now it’s starting to seem like other practitioners are implementing Bellafill and several using it with HA of some sort. I have read a few reports of members here recently receiving that combo.

I would most likely do something along the line of 12-15cc of Bellafill for first round. Probably doesn’t make much sense to do something like 10cc Bellafill with 5cc-6cc of HA.?

My girlfriend is on board and is very understanding, she understands it’s something I just feel I have to do, even though to her she feels other wise. We agree 6 Inch Girth is probably absolute max. It’s about max she can take when I pump.

Given my signature, I'm obviously from Ohio too. I am not familiar with the doctor you are talking to so I don't want to take anything from him. However, if you have any questions about Avanti, feel free to ask. My first session I left on a Wednesday and came back on Saturday. A couple days vacation to save you several thousand dollars is something to consider. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Six months gives you plenty of time to do all the necessary research, consultations, and inquiries necessary for the proper decision making.

In my honest opinion, and I preface it with "honest" because there may be a perception of heavy bias given my role here, I would almost exclusively recommend PhalloBoards Sponsors in your search for male Girth enhancement. There are definitely non-Sponsors I'm open to recommending as well, but they are far & few.

PhalloBoards Sponsors are Clinics that are advancing the field through innovation, or at the very least, making Phalloplasty a larger part of their overall practice. By having a public face on our forums, it ensures a higher accountability and community relations, which in turn benefits the reader and this platform. They are vetted for experience, expertise, and ethics. I've even turned down potential Sponsors in the past due to what I considered high-risk or questionable ethics, which in effect meant I turned down additional income.

On the flip side, there are tons of clinics in the U.S. with access to dermal fillers for off-label use, and more of them are throwing on "male procedures" to their menu of services because... they can. Pardon the crude comparison, but if I want a tattoo (akin to permanent fillers) or a haircut for a special occasion (akin to temporary fillers), I'm going to want to find the best available, not necessarily the cheapest or closest option I come across.

Penis enlargement is as much an art as it is a science, and trust me when I say there are plenty of botched jobs I've seen that haven't always made its way to the forum(s). I've had multiple instances (both on the forum and via email) of men having gotten work done through a Doctor I've never heard of and complaining about either aesthetic dissatisfaction, complication, or both. And when I asked why they went with an "untested" Doctor when so many excellent options were available nationwide, responses ranged from price to travel distance. While travel & budget are very much a part of the decision making process, they shouldn't come at the expense of your one and only Dick: seek out quality work for something that has a significant impact in your adult sex life.

Not suggesting Dr. Rupeka is incapable of yielding satisfactory results, but the use of Bellafill (permanent filler) ought to be done by the hands of an experienced practitioner, one with a reasonable Male Enhancement portfolio/repertoire. If you do opt to go with them I hope you'll be willing to share a progress report with us.

If you want PMMA, Avanti Derma has the most experience. If you want to stay within the U.S. and are okay with the Bellafill price point, then Dr. Carney in Atlanta (Rejuvall) offers it, and a new Plastic Surgeon Sponsor in Northern California (will be mentioned by name soon once we've come to an agreement) offer Bellafill. Dr. Tsay in Orange County might also offer it but I'll have to double check.

Good luck!

I totally hear you with the 1.5 hours being attractive.

And i would also go with AvantiDerma much further away.
I used to go to a doc 4 hours away with train, and on later round went to Avanti which was about 25 hours of travelling away.
