First and foremost, I strongly recommend everyone to prioritize the vaccine over penis enlargement during a global pandemic. If you seriously have reservations about the vaccine but are willing to travel to foreign countries to get things that may or may not be FDA approved into your penis, you seriously need to re-evaluate life.
There were articles claiming to see some reactions with those with dermal fillers and vaccines, but the reactions were (a) quite minor (like temporary swelling), and what's worse is that (b) I'm not sure there was any convincing data to prove there was a relationship (since after all, we're still learning a lot about the nature of this virus). In other words, there is no reason to be alarmed about the association of the vaccine & dermal fillers from what I can gather.
