Honestly, it's still pretty much only HA injections that I'm aware of, and the gains (in my opinion) are not significant enough to warrant the cost, let alone the risk(s). I do have some Sponsors that have expressed interest in improving or innovating techniques for glans enlargement, but the issue resides in the anatomy of the organ itself, and how it poses technical challenges that may or may not be solvable (with respect to developing a reasonably safe method that provides significant gains long-term).
I had a chat with Rejuvall today and they have expressed interest in finding alternatives to HA for glans enhancement, but it's in conceptual/theoretical stages at present time.
On a side note, I'm someone (more than most I'd argue) that has seen some significant dwarfing of my glans, so this is of interest to me. That said, it hasn't really caused me any issues with overall confidence and (creating) pleasure for partners, and this is something I've learned over the years (I was a little bit self-conscious about it first) -- as a matter of fact, a smaller glans allows the initial insertion to work with tighter orifices that would otherwise not normally take on thicker units. Since I have a good taper, it ends up working in my favor
Don't get me wrong, I'm not dismissing anyone's desire to keep looking for a glans solution, but it's not nearly as prominent a feature as your overall shaft girth, which does most of the "packing" and "pounding" and "stretching" .. if you know what I mean lol. I'll keep the forum posted of any news on advancements in this regard if & when they come along.
