TOPIC: PMMA after Silikon 1000

Hi guys this is my first post here and happy to be here, anyways, I’m looking to get a permanent Girth enhancement soon, more of a correction actually. And PMMA might be the way to go. In my past I have had silicone 1000 injected and I initially had a good result I gained about 1.2 inches in Girth and it lasted months before I got a cyst where this oily stuff actually pushed itself to form a bump, I had it drained and it left an unevenness in the penis shaft. The draining was easy and relatively painless actually I was much more scared than I should’ve been.

Long story short I know it complicates things trying to get PMMA when you have had prior silicone injections before, but the rest of the collagen that formed around it seems stable and my skin does appear otherwise healthy. I’ve also read posts of others getting PMMA after such injections with good results. Can I get PMMA to help even things out? And maybe adding a little size.

I started this journey with a Girth of 5 inches and as of now I have a Girth around 6

You got silicone injected in large volumes? Would I be wrong if I said you had Dr. Loria (or someone trained by him and/or uses the "platinum" method) do your procedure?

As a side note before I continue, the PhalloBoards is a No-Silicone-Zone, but because this post doesn't seem to be endorsing silicone for its use in augmentation, it's fine by me.

I'll be quite frank, silicone may be the one filler that I think practitioners would want to avoid working "on top" of because if you still have any residual product (which you likely do), any future complications would be hard to (1) determine what's at fault, and (2) how to fix it. In other words, the sober reality is that you may find some places turning you down based on that alone.

If there were ANY filler I'd probably recommend in your case, it would be Hyaluronic Acid (HA). It's got a very good safety profile, relatively speaking, and isn't permanent (and somewhat reversible short-term). I'm not sure if you want to play the PMMA-silicone game with your penis at this stage.

The best thing you can do is get in touch with Avanti Derma and get a professional response.

There is a video on Youtube where Dr. Casavantes explains the problem with oil based products when injected in human bodies. Silicone gets into all over the tissues, that will likely create an immune response for the rest of your life (because you likely still have silikon residual in your penis), which complicates future procedures with other fillers.

Interesting, how does Hyaluronic Acid work does it encapsulate in collagen/scar tissue like other fillers?
