I want to know if the Circumcision effects results.
What should I expect if I have a high and tight Circumcision? do I need to be more concerned about lumps and imperfections? or unevenness?

Why do you want a high cut? Yes, it would effect results because it’s harder to put filler in the skin above the scar. A high cut will leave more inner skin (skin above the scar). I got Ellanse 3 months and 6 months after my circ which was moderately high. My inner skin didn’t react well and I had a lot of nodules there. Maybe I wasn’t rolling or massaging enough but who knows.

I was Circumcised as a baby, so I had no choice. But you saying yours has alot of lumps past the circ scar? This is a concern of mine.

It should be noted that said-lumps can be smoothed out over multiple sessions (especially given the inevitability of follow-up appointments), so it's not like you're doomed to this "lumpy" fate. This is also why practitioner skill/experience is so important.

Sorry @WillyWonka you made it seem like you were getting a circumcision. Getting filler put in isn’t an “operation” but more a “procedure” seeing as it’s non-surgical.

@Skeptical_one If you’re referring to smoothing out as injecting more filler, I really don’t see how putting anymore filler in my inner skin would have helped. It only would have made it worse and created more nodules. We put 1cc in my inner skin for rd 1 and 2. Rd 2 reacted worse than the first. Just the act of
Injection caused scar tissue to form at almost every injection point. The swelling and redness was pretty gnarly. I’m fairly certain this isn’t Dr. C’s fault. There needed to be multiple injection points for the 1cc in order to spread it evenly in my inner skin. If I had asked to get more filler put there in rd 3, there’s no doubt any scar tissue smoothed out would have been replaced by more scar tissue.

Now, other guys don’t have as big an issue with the inner skin for whatever reason. I contribute my reaction to having a foreskin for 34 years of my life covering and protecting this skin and then injecting filler into it 3 months and 6 months after I get cut.

For my third round with Dr. M, I said no more filler up there. We opted to burn some of the nodules with their zapper gun in order to minimize them.

I’m happy with how my shaft reacted after round 3 and the attempts to smooth things out from round two we’re successful.

@Hyperbol No I'm not suggesting more product, especially in that area; I'm referring to the breaking down of nodules, and the tapering of the shaft to streamline your unit so that whatever nodules persist are less detectable. I say this with certainty as I'm an end result of said-treatment.

Unfortunately, some circumcisions lend itself to these issues irrespective of the performing physician, but having one who's experienced in this regard assures the best possible outcome (with subsequent follow-ups). It's a minor risk in my book (since it is not a classical complication) if you have the time and budget to see the process through. If you're someone who's highly critical of even the most minor imperfections, then I'm inclined to suggest against permanent fillers.

Thanks skeptical, I was actually close to cancelling as you know, since my wife changed her mind. And honestly I started to get pretty scared to. I'm married Soo as long as my dick isn't hideous it doesn't really matter, I just don't want it to be painful. Or look really mishaped. I'm getting ellanse for hopes that it doesn't last longer then 5-6 years. If I get a touch up I will definitely use one of the less long lasting ones. I'm pretty nervous.

No pain really, even the procedure is mostly pain-free (with the exception of a few pricks to get the numbing from the local anesthetic, which is no big deal), and you'll deal with some soreness & bruising for no more than a week after the procedure. Afterwards, there is no reason for pain or persistent discomfort.

As for aesthetics, most of the World's most experienced injectors have it down to a science & art, worst-case scenario is a less-than-desirable result that can be revised in subsequent visits (secondary appointments are almost always an inevitability with this type of cosmetic enhancement).

I get being nervous, but if you've read many of the progress reports, you'll come to find how surprisingly smooth these kinds of procedures go. Have practical & grounded expectations, follow pre&post-op instructions, and anticipate at least one more round going into this procedure and you'll do fine :) Good luck!

@willywonka Dude don’t be scared and don’t cancel. You’ll regret it. Plenty of guys with high cuts have gotten this done. My skin was really ripe being tucked under foreskin my whole life where as your skin has been exposed to the elements since birth. I’m sure it will take the needle better. Even IF your wife notices little bumps she’s not going to care once she feels your increased thickness.

Don’t fret so much knowing you can always go back. Both Dr. M and Dr. C do a great job at placing the product. Just try to keep from retracting too much. I used an ads for 6 weeks after my first procedure and it still didn’t look perfect. I tried to massage

Don’t fret so much knowing you can always go back. Both Dr. M and Dr. C do a great job at placing the product. Just try to keep from retracting too much. I used an ads for 6 weeks after my first procedure and it still didn’t look perfect. I tried to massage as best as I could in the weeks after the procedure. Based on my experience I think the natural environment of your penis skin plus retraction will force the product to settle a little differently then when you leave the office no matter how hard you try to prevent it. It’s hard to avoid. BUT it’s not going to look hideous or horribly misshapen unless I guess you really ignore all post procedure instructions given by Ian. Just try your best. Some guys retract more than others.

There are members like Texas who seem to have gone above and beyond post care protocols and got great results and others who just try their best to massage and minimize retraction. Get comfortable with your ads and wear it on the flight home. If you’re leaving two days after, stand on the flight as much as you can. I got a seat all the way in the back and stood for more than an hour people probably thought I was a little looney. Wear the ads as much as you can for a month or so after. Use the hangar they give you. Another user described Ellanse like concrete in that it’s hard to move. I agree with this to an extent. It’s hard to massage into place but it’s not impossible. It stays put real well. Meaning it’s not going to just clump into one spot. Too much retraction and not enough massage I believe will have an effect on final placement but, again, if you give a good effort you’ll be fine.

the only ads I have is phalloson and I wasn't planning to bring that due to the compression. I bought a autoxleeve but had some shipping delays and won't be here till I get back. I'm staying for Wednesday to Saturday morning

thanks skeptical, I basically got the utmost package to help with retraction and healing. I just didn't get the scrotox.

Question about circumcision: Last post before my operation next week 3 years 1 month ago #1308705010

Hi Hyperbol, so from what I gather you did the Circumcision in preparation for the filler. Was it your decision to go for a high cut and if so had they not made you aware that a low cut is generally better to prepare for this/ or did you ask for a low cut but get a higher cut than expected? I'm planning on doing the same but like you I have sensitive inner skin and not all that much length to work with tbh so I think a high cut could be a bit of a disaster for me. I guess what I'm wondering is does asking for a low cut guarantee it will turn out that why in the hands of the right surgeon.

Question about circumcision: Last post before my operation next week 3 years 1 month ago #1308705013

The doctor sort of talked me out of doing filler before the procedure. I shouldn’t have told him that’s why I wanted a low cut. I shouldn’t have brought up enhancement at all and just said I wanted a low cut because I think it looks better. Looking back on it, I don’t appreciate how he handled it. He suggested I go for what he thinks looks best. It’s moderately high, not that high. Then two weeks later I changed my mind and wanted filler again. I should have been more adamant that I wanted a low and tight cut. You need to explain to the surgeon as best you can your wishes but I would not bring up filler. You’d probably want to find someone who has done low cuts before. A lot of urologists at general hospitals do it just one way and will not be able to customize it to your liking.

If you get a low enough cut I wouldn’t get any filler above the scar if I were you, there’d be a high probability of nodules and if it’s a true low cut it wouldn’t be worth putting filler in such a small area.

In the end, I don’t mind the naturally tapered look my inner skin provides, doesn’t dwarf my glands as much.

Well yea that is kind of my fear, I've seen a lot of urologists offering it for a reasonably low cost. I messaged one and when asking about low cut he said he doesn't "believe in styles because he believes it is all hollywood fantasy and focuses on functionality to avoid issues like e.d", with this guy I didn't even go any further and knew if I mentioned fillers by his tone he'd probably dead against it, I guess what he mentioned about e.d concerns me a little, not sure how Circumcision would cause this?

Anyway you may have seen another separate post I just made where if I'm doing it I want to do it with a clinic that specialises in p.e, this by the looks of it is Moorgate which will set me back £3k but if that what I need to do then thats what I'll have to. I could go with one of the cheaper urologists and not mention it but I'm not sure that's be a good idea as there's still a lot of filler there from previous treatments a few years back, they would know anyway.
