Adverse effects to PMMA? Also, Is it really permanent? 3 years 4 months ago #1308704215

Hello everyone, I'm still doing my research. I've seen a few people talk about minor effects like a lump or a little discoloration, but I was curious, what are all the adverse effects that can happen with PMMA? I also wanted to ask if it's truly permanent or if it's something I would have to get touched up every so many years? Thank you everyone!

First and foremost, virtually any procedure, now matter how good the safety profile may have adverse effects. Heck, even getting your covid vaccine (and yes, please get your shots folks!) does run a small chance of adverse effects. The good news is that PMMA seldom exhibits adverse effects, at least as far as substantiated patient reporting online can tell us. Of the many hundreds of reports found across all the PhalloBoards platforms, I believe their have been less than a handful of reported "removals" of the product, which if true across all instances (reported and unreported), would be a better success rate than breast implants.

As for its permanency, there is no mechanism known biologically that would rid of the PMMA, nor has anyone come back after years and reported any loss size (note* size fluctuations do exist, but those aren't by definition permanent losses). I've had my first injections in 2011 with no loss in size, and zero instances of complication/adverse effect; I've only had to go back subsequent times to add additional Girth + aesthetic Revision (which is an inevitability with some fillers).

Macrophages from your body cannot phagocytize PMMA molecules, which are 40 µm size (actual PMMA molecules for penis enhancement are bigger than our own body macrophage cells). So the only thing they can do is holding and surround PMMA by making a shield made of collagen. This is for the rest of your life. The good thing in terms of health, is that every particle of PMMA is individually covered, meaning that every PMMA microsphere is vascularized, so if something “bad” happens, your lymphatic system can reach and solve the problem, unlike what happens with breast implants. This is the beauty of PMMA, hence why is also known in the medical field as a “living tissue”.
