So, I kinda checked my options regarding PMMA and flying to Mexico instead of going to Androfill in London for HA and its not off the table since I can easily enter Mexico and stay there a while to even get a second dose.

However, I noticed that the Mexican doctor in Tijuana recommends Circumcision. I am not and I feel this would be over to do at age of early 40s and honestly I am scared of a Circumcision for various reasons.

So, here comes the question: Does it really make such a big difference?

From my HA experience I noticed that if my Dick is Flaccid (Grower, not shower), the HA filler is "moving" all around and looks out of place once erected. However, the solution was to get semi-erected and fully erected for 2-3 times a day for 30 mins and massage the filler to the right places again and after few days, it was in "place" and stayed there (I accidentally moved some filler into my lower Foreskin and its still there as soft "bumps" after 3 years but doesn't bother me).

From discussions with both Doctors and members of this forum, I've come to learn that uncircumcised penises can and have worked with fillers, but also have a higher frequency of aesthetic irregularities. In other words, Circumcised penises provide more "predictable" results and are typically more successful (from an aesthetic point-of-view) than uncircumcised units.

I should also note that this sentiment isn't expressed by all penis doctors & Sponsors but tends to be conventional wisdom based on observations made over this forum's lifespan (10+ years). If you prefer to remain uncircumcised, I'd suggest sticking with HA; not only do you have experience with it (and I'm guessing the the uncircumcision isn't an issue presumably?), but PMMA's permanency could prove tricky if you end up having a less-than-desirable result. And I say this as someone who believes Dr. Casavantes is about as good as you can get in this craft.

I hope that helps.

@GoodDay

Please read the discussion with the topic „Get circumcised - or give up PE?“ - there Dr Casavantes told us that you can get circumcised now or later.

Yeah, it was just an idea because PMMA is kinda getting pushed a bit here and would be nice to have something permanent. On the other hand, permanent sounds a bit scary to me anyways.

Personally I have mixed feelings regarding HA, but this was because I got GeneFill (or some generic variant of it) which is really soft and didnt really know how to manage the after care. And even now, a bit of the filler is still there, ... after 3 years.

Since PMMA is out of question for me, I probably look into Ellanse or Ultra Deep at Androfill.
