TOPIC: Who to go to for ellanse and info on procedure please

Hey i havent been to the forum for a while I'm wanting to get some info on Ellanse who should I contact about pricing and the procedure

The first time I went to looking into Ellanse the covid restrictions woulndt let us travel so I never dug to deep into it I'm located in the the u.s

Any info about the procedure would be greatly appreciated

If you're in the U.S., you'll want to visit Avanti Derma (Tijuana, Mexico) for Ellanse work.

Hi DW79,

I have had lots of PM's today asking why I stopped using Ellanse. But I haven't stopped. I still like HA for most. Ellanse when it is good is great. I have another Dr who work with me - Dr Danh. Dr Danh like to use Ellanse almost exclusively. He moved to Melbourne Australia this year and I have been seeing his follow ups and second stages. But there are definitely more issues with irregularity and sometimes small nodules. I would like to think I get less but they are definitely still there.

I discuss at length with guys if you dont want to worry about long term irregularity then HA is the way to go. It may need a couple of extra ml, or a touch of hyalase but we can get it where you want it. If having a slight bulge, irregularity or nodule is going to 'do your head in" then dont get Ellanse. If coming back in 2 yrs to get a topup sounds terrible then dont get HA.

So I do about 2/3 HA and 1/3 Ellanse.

And how long does ellanse last? A long time. I have seen over 4 yrs. I have not seen it go away yet.

@dr_oats how bad is the migration? When it clumps up into a ball? Also, what is the longest lasting HA?

Migration is not a big issue, but certainly possible. But yes you can get clumps and thickened areas. HA seems to last a lot longer than we previously thought. I did a thread in the Doctors forum and think I put a link to the paper where they had MRI evidence of HA up to 12 yrs later. HA does migrate with time. So I routinely see guys 2 yrs after Calibre with HA that have basically the same circumference in the lower half of the penis but getting thiner in the base and just need to be topped up about 1/4 - 1/3 of the original amount into the base.

Thank you for your reply doctor. My largest concern is scrotal/testicle migration. I had an descended testicle as a child so my sperm count is lower then normal. I don't need any more hits there lol. That is why I haven't pulled the trigger on enlargement. My wife is still on the fence about kids.
