Well Algeness may be the greatest filler of all time... but I see no evidence of being "organic" (apart from nor being inorganic ie like a rock), nor 'natural' - it is highly processed, as you would want it to be.
If they are introducing something all new into the filler market they will have to do a lot of long term studies to prove it is safe. No complications? Really? I am amazed they are even allowed to say that.
