TOPIC: How long after procedure did you start having sex?

I'm scheduled for Avanti Derma PMMA next week. I could have sworn I had read here that sex can start up again 1 week after, however the lady at Avanti told me to expect 3 weeks! What about you guys who have had the procedure what was your experience?

I waited about 10 days but it was still sore and tender. I don't think I had any negative consequences to it other then slight pain. I definitely wanted to use it though as I was still a little swollen from the procedure and wanted to play with the extra Girth!

I haven't gone 3 days without sex in a decade at least, I was already wondering how I was going to survive 7 days. If it's really going to be 3 weeks I'm going to have to make sure and get all the guns out of the house before hand

Maybe it’s a good thing. It’s always good to take a break. You will live.

I was always told ten days and this seems to be adequate. Theoretically, I believe you can have sex as soon as the entry points close, but it's always best to wait a while. I try to shoot for two weeks ... but seldom make it.

I was told 7 days with Ellanse. I made sure I was gone most of that 7 days. It made it much easier. I haven't heard the 3 week number, maybe that's specific to PMMA vs Ellanse? Not sure.

I was told 7 days with Ellanse to. Honestly probably didn't have to wait that long. I think you are your best judge. Once your entry points have closed up and soreness is gone I think you're fine. I think the biggest thing to worry about especially the first few weeks is preventing retraction as much as possible
