I understand there are physiological benefits, but does it help with the “throwing a hotdog down a hallway” feeling if you had/have a “looser” partner? or is it the same? A thread in Pboards 2.0 mentioned that treatment can be a double-edged sword as the augmentation in the shaft can dwarf the penis head and lessen sensation. Can anyone comment their experience? Some women (not all) who have had multiple children often end up more loose-fitted than before (this may explain the popularity of vaginal rejuvanation). Often times a thicker penis will accommodate this issue, or at least it has in my experience. Your mileage may vary I'm sure, but it would seem that if women like the feeling of being "filled up," that it would make sense a girthier penis is beneficial for "loose-fitted" women. You can feel the thightness way more all the way down the shaft. As far as not having as much sensation on the glans, I personally don't believe Girth enhancement decreases this at all. In fact, the tightness tends to pull a little of the shaft down over the glans kind which adds to the sensation -- or at least it seems to me, I can't say I know for sure what's happening. Even .5 Inch of Girth increase is enough to stretch her out.
