I'm going to second Texas here. PE is a journey rather than a one and down kind of deal. I'd also recommend getting a stretching /
Hanging / all day extending routine going. It's not essential for
Phalloplasty, of course, but GE mixed with some manual PE goes a long way.
Also, I'd recommend giving yourself a few days afterwards to just do nothing. While I've traveled and done stuff almost right after procedures before it's much better to let the product settle in before moving again.
One more thing is to not get too hung up on aestetics. It's going to look pretty ugly at first but then it will go back to looking like a
Dick again in a week or so. Don't freak out. Lumps around the entry points are also common in the beginning. Most of them will decrease in size or go away in a matter of months, so don't worry about them. The lumps and voids that stick around you can easily get fixed up / covered up during your next session.
Other than that, welcome to the club!
