Yeah it was private. It was $2500. He might have made my scar line a little tight but that will eventually get more elastic with time. I got a cut sort of in between full on high and low. I would personally ask for a moderately low cut, a low cut that leaves just a little more inner skin than a full on low cut would leave. My glans aren’t the biggest so more inner skin for me is working out to its advantage I believe. The reason low cuts are recommended for fillers is so there’s more shaft skin to inject into. Inner skin is tough to fill and is way more prone to developing scar tissue nodules. However, filling right up to the glans without a proper taper could dwarf the glans more depending on how big you go. For me, the higher cut is leaving more of a buffer. It’s like two different levels or steps on a ladder instead of butting the filler right up to the glans. Everyone has their preference though. I wish I was a tad lower.
You also have to make sure it’s tight enough and not loose. It doesn’t have to be super tight and most doctors don’t nail a perfect tightness. But you def don’t want it to be loose. It’s not like you either get a tight or loose cut like some guys think. It’s a spectrum with tight and loose on either end and you’ll end up somewhere on the spectrum.
Find a
Urologist that has experience with giving different type of cuts. You may not find one on your first go because most urologists do just one type and won’t customize it for you. They aren’t trained on different cuts in medical school. Just make sure you communicate with the doc about what you want. If finding one in Europe is too daunting seeing the culture there you could fly here to do it. User greygreygrey seems to have found a good doctor and I think it was pretty cheap.
