Apologies for the hyperbole of the title but I am concerned and hoping to get some sort of rough diagnosis as to if this is an infection or something that requires urgent action or can wait until the surgeon who performed my treatment to reopens after xmas in about a week or so.
Here are some pictures.
Originally I had 8ml HA about 4 months ago. Around 2 weeks ago, after sex I noticed a hard lump which i thought was possible ha migration in the area between pubic bone and shaft (white skinned area) - it seemed to appear quickly out of nowhere - I went to see the dr who performed my HA and he said nothing to worry about and possible scar tissue.
I had sex a few days later and the day after sex I noticed more of this hard lump, still connected to the original lump but had spread into the bottom half of the shaft (the length of the very red area, half the width)
This was accompanied by swelling, tenderness and redness.
This has been the same for about a week now - the swelling has come down (a bit) the red is more pink and there isn't any pain - slight tender/uncomfortable.
But the lump is still the same size - it makes it not possible to retract the foreskin. And when erect mayb due to pulling on the skin form the lump - all the HA feels harder than usual.
Is there a way to tell, via feeling the lump - whether it is scar tissue, hard HA, fluid etc?
One concern, infection wise is that other areas where (slightly) larger pools of HA are also a bit pink.
What are the other symptoms of infection? I feel fine etc
Has anyone seen something like this before? Thanks
