So is Ellanse still not approved as a filler in the US. I've been to avanti with Dr. C and would love to go back but with all the bs going on with covid and rumors of another lockdown. I was wondering if Morganstern was using Ellanse. I also saw on their site they said something about a nonsurgical length and width procedure. How can you have a nonsurgical length procedure unless they're referring to longer Flaccid due to the increased weight from filler and lack of retraction. Can anyone elaborate?

They were at one point using it under a trial basis but it was later revoked for whatever reason; they are considering a Cayman's Office (once covid restrictions ease) to provide Ellanse to prospective patients and that has been in the works for some time.

Virtually every non-American Sponsor here does offer it, so if you absolutely need work/top-offs, there are means. Until then, you'll have to wait for the FDA to green light its use.

As for the non-surgical length procedure, it's likely just that: increased Flaccid by way of increased volume via filler. Also, I know they are innovating fat pad reduction procedures, if they have a non-surgical option, I'm sure this would couple with the filler for increased length. Although I haven't actually been told this directly by them, my conversations with them lead me to believe this is indeed the case.

Basically what Skeptical One said. I'm in the same boat, would love to do a touch up here in the US. But, not in the foreseeable future I'm afraid.

Well guess I'll stick with avanti for Ellanse then. I don't want to sound as if I'm not satisfied with avanti either for anyone that reads this. They're phenomenal and I highly recommend them. If my passport wasn't expired I'd schedule my 2nd appointment right now. I was hoping that Ellanse was being used in the US so that I wouldn't have too go through passport renewal process right now. I'm sure with covid it's a pain. As for the nonsurgical lengthening that's the impression I got that it was a Flaccid length due to increased volume. I also read that they use a tissue rejuvenation method for there non surgical lengthening/Girth procedure. From what I've read on threads. Tissue rejuvenation is more prone to irregularities and reabsorption. I've also read that it's not recommended to get filler after having the rejuvenation procedure due to stronger likelihood of irregularities in the filler. Not sure how accurate that is.
