TOPIC: How long for Ellanse / Collagen rebuild?

How long for Ellanse / Collagen rebuild? 4 years 2 months ago #1308699674

I've seen the chart from Ellanse that shows about 6-8 weeks, is the full rebuild time. But for those that have had Ellanse, did you experience the reduction in size, and then an increase from Collagen? If so, what was the timeline on that? I'm just about at the 6 week mark, but feel like I have gone down a bit, and waiting for the upswing!

The chart shows 6-8 weeks as the low point, 12 weeks as the estimated end of collagen growth. So you are just beginning the dip.

Are you being diligent with that nir wand? Did you get the lumiglow? Sunlighten says results can take weeks. Keep with it. Go above the strength level and sessions per week maybe. I’m doing all four sides of the Dick. That’d be dope if even a cm was given. The member cwinters123 gained an Inch on his first round of PMMA and he was doing a lot of infrared sauna so he kinda of got me started on it. No reason Ellanse can’t give same results. I think there just haven’t been enough guys doing it and reporting their results where as the history of PMMA patients is extensive so a lot greater chance of seeing a documented 1 Inch round. GirthyGoals is at .8 with 10ml so I think it’s only a matter of time till someone gets an Inch.

The different wands are the same thing as Sunlightens 3 in 1 saunas. I actually also bought a Sunlighten far infrared portable sauna used off ebay. Even if it none of it grows enough collagen in the Dick for it to be measurable there’s still a lot of other skin benefits with the wand and there’s def a lot of benefits with a sauna.

Again, overall health. Cwinters123 claimed he was eating a strict keto diet, fasting, doing everything someone could to be healthy. Dude was over 50 and got that result. I really do think our diet will have a lot to do with this, how well your immune system works. We’re developing scar tissue, an immune response. Some guys on here claim to be eating healthy. Are you really? I seriously doubt the integrity of some of the healthy claims guys are throwing around. Every time I ask someone what their diet consists of on here they don’t answer me. I think that’s because tortilla chips are mixed in their diet. Drinking, eating processed foods, sugar, stress, lack of the correct nutrients needed for collagen growth all will all have an effect. I used to fucking love cheese and bread. No more cheese and bread for me. No more cheat days for a long time. Supplements and vitamins are meant to supplement a good diet, not pasta diet. I’m going to eat pizza again at some point. But why now when I’m 7 days from my op? I haven’t had cheese in 3 weeks, bread in 4. Why not don’t eat cheese, processed grains or any processed foods until I’m 3 months out from my second round 6 months from now? How much would I gain if only ate non-processed meat, fruit, veggies and nuts (without peanut oil) on top of a ton of supplements, 5-6 infrared saunas a week, led wand, bpc157 injections, plenty of sleep, and exercise to reduce stress during this 6 months of my life? The answer is I have no idea. And I’ll never know unless I do a round without doing those things to compare. But I’m going to try because if I don’t try then I’ll have to live knowing I didn’t try and never gave myself the opportunity. Also, a lot of science is out there regarding diet and collagen growth so it’s not like this is throwing darts blindfolded.

We are going to get a cosmetic filler injected into our penis and guys are eating at Carl’s Jr. by the Grand. Come on guys. We don’t have a lot of shots at this. I’m not going on vacation. Going to Tijuana for me is the furthest thing from a vacation. Here’s how strict I am with the diet. I’m bringing a hotpot to warm and cook food and I bought an icemule sack to keep things cold. I did this because I still wanted to stay at the grand. I’m going to the Soriana Super when I arrive there and try to stock up on food for about three days so I don’t have to walk back there before then. It’ll be good to get out and walk after that. I’m hesitant to order food. All the meals come with a starchy side. I’d rather just get more vegetables but that’s a request that would have to be awkwardly made. I don’t know how much salt they are putting on things. Am I gonna ask for no salt? I’d be dwelling on the takeout menus forever deciding on the healthiest option and asking them to hold so many things it’d just be easier to buy and heat up my own food. I’m betting on the Soriana super of having cooked meat for sale. Buying fruit from a restraunt or room service isn’t that cheap. You can’t just order broccoli from room service. Doesn’t work. I will order some take out. Will just have to. But it’ll be very selective. Long story short I’m not fucking around with this. All This would be silly if there was no other benefit other than the best result for your Dick. But again, I can’t lose because I’m getting used to a healthy lifestyle not just a once in a while diet.

I noticed that I went from inflamed and bruised, slowly down from there, but never noticed an upswing. I was about 1.25" larger than before and settled about 5/8" larger about 4 weeks out. After that it just maintained.

Sometimes I will measure myself and feel like I have lost 1/8" but the next time I measure I'm back up. Granted, I am still doing manual PE to increase where I can, but I will still say I'm 5/8 up from where I started 8 months ago. Can't wait to go back for my second round. This Covid is really hurting us all.

Ah.. you are right, read that chart wrong. Just at the dip now.

I get your point on nutrition. I'm a amateur bodybuilder, so nutrition and macros are dialed in. Don't drink or smoke (never have) so that isn't a "change" I have to make. It's just lifestyle, before and after the procedure.

I know all the PMMA guys have gone through this, but man.. hitting that dip when all the swelling is gone really sucks. Hopefully I can gain some of that back.

Thats still a huge gain . Anything over a 1/2" increase with just 8-10ml Ellanse is a serious gain considering its way more long lasting and firm compared to HA.
Im still waiting for the pandemic to settle before going for HA just to get used to fillers, and then jump to Ellanse boat.

May I ask what exactly are the sauna and lumiglow that you guys do on all 4 sides of the Dick?

I don't really understand where you get these wands and what you do with them. Also,"sauna" as in going to the sauna?

Google Sunlighten luminir. They’re led light therapy. Each one has different benefits. You’dainly be interested in the infrared and red ones. The red seems more ideal for collagen growth whereas the infrared is more for wound healing. There is the sport which combines both.

There are portable personal saunas you can buy. I’m not sure about any other infrared portable sauna other the Sunlighten one but there probably is. New it’s around $2600 but I got mine used. Sunlighten makes infrared saunas. Google differences between infrared and dry or traditional saunas if you are unfamiliar. Sunlighten makes a 3 in 1 sauna that combines or let’s you choos which kind of light you want to use similar to the different kind of lights for the wand. You can of course also go to places that have an infrared sauna, studios, spas etc.

This may be a simple question. or a dumb one, but can someone explain to me what is the reason for promoting collagen growth after enlargement surgery.

Dermal fillers like PMMA, Ellanse, and Radiesse stimulate collagen growth, and that collagen is effectively your "new" Girth. Products and supplements that aid in collagen health/production in theory could be beneficial for optimal results after penis injections.
