Just to provide some perspective. If she was really dissatisfied she wouldn't be having sex with you. Penile enhancement is partly for satisfying your partner, but a lot also for your own self esteem. With regards to satisfying her, you have an average penis. I have had sex with ~100 women and also am close friends with a few women who have sex with a lot of guys and it's not simply that having a bigger penis is the answer. You can do all kinds of things to satisfy her. (For example, one friend who has a preference for bigger and cums always says she never cums without clit play anyway and can cum from different dicks with clit play always...so again if ur lady prefers ur dildo to you there's a lot more wrong with the situation)...also it rarely comes up on this forum because penis augmentation is not just about it, but you can also try a penis sleeve...if she never cums during sex and then she does when you have a penis sleeve then you can investigate further....

I can confirm that it is extremely rare for men to be Circumcised in Aus. I was born late 80's only people I know around my age that are Circumcised was due to religion or medical reasons.

Calm down, @Avanti_Derma , @rupeka and a couple other doctors do perform pmma on uncircumcised patients it's just at your own discreation to deal with the accordion effect if it interferes with sex or retraction.

I can confirm this. I've done botox with Avanti twice and the retraction of the scrotum and penis is very noticable. Imo, erections are better too.

Mate, I live in Aus too. You’re blowing this copping flak for being Circumcised thing waaaaay out of proportion. Women here generally prefer Circumcised, from my personal experience. We’re very Americanised over here also. As much as it’s all about personal preference, weigh up your pros and cons and stop overthinking about being looked down upon for being cut. You 100% won’t be. I have not once had a women be disappointed because I was Circumcised.

I was never circumsized. But hadn't have much Foreskin.
Dr N in Prague didn't give a fuck about Foreskin.
After some PMMA with her, i had less Foreskin. Basically every PMMA session reduced my Foreskin even more.

As i remember Dr C Tijuana AvantiDerma did their first round with Foreskin at least at some point in time.

I am in europe, nobody is cut. Women don't give a fuck and don't comment on my non-Foreskin. Nobody does.
One women out of like 160 did mention it.
