May i ask what you would recommend for healing penis skin ? Ive got several skin cracks and holes from PE.

@Hivelpsg FFS man, just give me a link to your progress report/thread on the other PE website, that's the only thing I'm asking for.

What do people think about using one of these while in a stretcher? Or would that be counterproductive because you want micro tears from the stretcher?

I don’t think it would hinder any of your goals from stretching. It’s not going to prevent your tendons from tearing only cause them to heal faster potentially.

It would be interesting to know how many kilojoules the Sunlighten delivers in 2 minutes. The studies I have read are all based on delivered energy rather than time. We deliver roughly 45kj per session

Can Anybody tell me where I went wrong with my math?

This topic got me interested and I ended up buying a Platinum Biomax 300. The power output states that at a distance of 6 inches, I will get 124mw/cm2 which I converted to 1240 joules/second/sq meter. I used a calculator off the internet to get this conversion, so I’m fairly sure this is right. Using the 1240 joules/second/sq meter, I figured it would take 37.5 seconds to get 45KJ.

It seems a little hard to believe that a $500 led can possibly put out in 37 seconds what a medical grade machine puts out in 20 minutes. Can anybody tell me what I did wrong?

So I just received my Biomax 300 a few days ago. It does seem like a pretty powerful machine. I think it could be as strong as the light they used on me at Avanti Derma. I’m just going based off the heat it puts out tho. It just feels very similar to theirs.

The directions say to start out at 10mins and work your way to 20 mins per day. I decided to just start off at 15 mins per day. I’ve only had it for 3 day so there’s nothing to report but I’ll report back if I think it’s worth the money. It will be hard to tell, if I get any growth, whether if it’s from the red light therapy or from normal collagen growth after PMMA. I’m 4 weeks post PMMA but I haven’t gained anything in the last 3 weeks.

That's massive! Are they usually this big? No phallo-puns intended.

It is a little bigger than I expected but I went with this one because it’s certified by by the FDA as a class 2 medical device. From what I’ve read, there are a lot of cheap knock offs on the market that claim they do something for you but are nothing more than a pretty red light.

This is the smallest one PlatnumLed offers.

What are your thoughts on the light? Did it help at all?

I don’t think so. I think it may help speed up the healing process but I don’t see any noticeable benefit as far as increasing collagen growth.
