What are the symptoms of infection - how do we know what to spot

I had HA 12 days ago and over the last couple of days I have developed - an uncomfortable burn/sting in the the tip of the penis especially when pee'ing. I've not had one before but it sounds like a UTI.

I followed all aftercare procedure etc - no sex, gym etc.

In this typical symptoms of infection relating to the procedure or sounds like something unrelated. Thanks

Definitely sounds like a UTI. Fillers don't involve or obstruct the urethra, so the "burning at the tip" sounds very classic "UTI." Also, you don't have to be sexually active to acquire a UTI either. I personally doubt your procedure has anything to do with it. Your best bet would be to get tested and presumably some antibiotics so that it doesn't worsen. Good luck.

A urinary tract infection. It can be acquired in many ways, including through sex (i.e. STD's), using an old, dirty "cum rag", and a variety of other ways. A filler procedure is very low on the list of possibilities; you're often dealing with a bacteria that comes in contact with the urethra (or any part of the urinary tract) itself, generally speaking.

Thanks for repying - I took antibiotics just in case and had a urine test to which there was no cultures found.

I am still experiencing some pain in my penis - more of an uncomfortable feeling - shooting/needling pain in different areas.

This seems to be worse after sex/masturbation.

Any idea what this could be ? what are the complications known to come with HA?
I don't have any swelling/red/itchy that would suggest an infection.
