Confirming it is HA/Voluma? And have you been in contact with your injecting doctor (always the first line of action)? But basically there is nothing to worry about health wise from what you have said or shown with the photo. Now it has been a couple of days further another photos, especially if there is any change, might be useful.

As has already been mentioned if it is HA then it can be sculpted down with hyaluronidase. If it is swelling then maybe it has started to go down?
